I wasn't sure if he simply had a typo, or if there was actually another one, so I assumed typo, since people do so many typo's these days.

    Unboxing Intel's PROTOTYPE GPU

That's cool and all, and a mod will probably remove this YouTube link (they frown upon it here), but you didn't even try to use it to see if you got something more than Linus? Awe.

    1809 ISO Installing Enterprise instead?

I used the Media Creation tool from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 I ran it on my Windows 10 Pro Thinkpad thinking it'd generate an ISO compatible with my Toshiba Satellite, and technically it does. During installation I tell it I have no key, told it Windows 10 Pro, which it does offer (with NO Enterprise), and after installation I try to activate it with Microsoft, only for it to fail, and then somehow my Windows 10 Pro turned into a failed Enterprise. I ended up calling Microsoft, they did something on there end, and now it activated as Pro like it was supposed to have in the first place. I was confused because I knew that Enterprise had a different ISO, yet somehow my Pro install was changing to Enterprise after hitting their servers and failing. But it's all fixed now.
  8. Yep, it's fixed now, thanks.
  9. Here's a screenshot of the error.
  10. Nope still no dice. It's a fresh install of Windows as well. (Using Firefox 62.0.3)
  11. I'm lucky this computer is already signed into your forums, but any attempt to click Sign In, and chose Sign in with Google, fails with the following error: 400. That's an error. Error: redirect_uri_mismatch Not sure if you guys are aware, I looked in this subforum first and didn't see anything obvious by the titles.

    1809 ISO Installing Enterprise instead?

Ok so upon reinstalling, it says Windows 10 Pro, but when attempting to activate it it fails, and then says Enterprise. Should I just give Microsoft a call? Maybe it's something on their end.
  13. I got a weird one here. I have a Toshiba Satellite which used to have Windows 7 Pro, it was upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, and as far as I know, it doesn't really have a 10 product key "per say", one that I at least know about. So I needed to reformat because things just got out of hand on the installation, and I downloaded the Windows 10 1809 ISO from Microsofts own site. It burns, and during installation, it asks what edition of Windows it is, since I don't really have a product key to give it that I know of. I select Pro (not Pro N). But somehow what actually installs is Windows 10 Enterprise, therefore of course, it will not activate because that's not the edition that Microsoft has for this laptop. Any ideas on why it might be doing this? This laptop wouldn't boot off the USB disk that the migration tool created (but my Thinkpad did, which is also Windows 10 Pro, and THAT did in stall Pro just fine). So the ISO was the only thing I could do which would boot it. It "was" working Windows 10 Pro just fine before I decided to reinstall.
  14. When I worked for Bright House Networks and *cough* Convergys *cough*, I had to watch several anti union videos. These aren't quite new.
  15. Serious question, is anyone actually taking what Richard Stallman says seriously? Him and his GNU fetish.
