    create a .bat file with any name in the same directory as nvidiainspector.exe put in (for OC) nvidiaInspector.exe -setBaseClockOffset:0,0,135 -setMemoryClockOffset:0,0,500 -setpowertarget:0,111 -setVoltageOffset:0,0,187500 -setGpuClock:0,2,1311 -setMemoryClock:0,2,3500 -forcepstate:0,2 and create another one (to go back to default) nvidiaInspector.exe -setVoltageOffset:0,0,0 -setGpuClock:0,2,705 -setMemoryClock:0,2,3000 -forcepstate:0,16 PS: please adjust ALL parameters with thier corresponding Clockspeed etc. This is jsut a EXAMPLE!

    have you taken into consideraion overclocking with nvidia Inspector? there is a way to force the "boost status" of a card and overlcok it like it doesnt boost at all to a fixed clock rate.

    Well the only thing i would be concerned about is the pump failing... but honestly most things on ebay (*cough* Korean monitors *cough*) are just pretty solid quality. atleast in the parts where it has to work...

    The Components choosen in the Kit do seems pretty Solid. If he gifted it to you you will have to install it No honestly this are pretty good quality components and you can use them definitly. And it will look better then any AIO would plus the expandability

    Go for SLI, you then wiill be ready for 780TI SLI when 880Ti is ready and prices dropped... I wanted to do same.. getting good performence hence drivers are pretty good actually these times.. But i'm missing the moneyz^^

    It's just going into BIOS and pressing default settings...

    for reserved ram : msconfig.exe -> start up -> Advanced Options -> Check max ram and set it to 8Gigs -> reboot If this does fix the error, you're fine If not : i have no idea

    Open task manager -> resource manager and check if its actually standby/resverved

    Maybe windows has reserverd 4GB for Hardware, or it's simply in Standby

    For me it stops.. can you test it when starting the exe, opening notepad and letting it "write" into an document? then try to stop it. If it doesnt work try installing autohotkey and see if that fixes the issue
