    Yes, should be possible. I've got an R9 5900X with DDR4 running at 3600 MT/s, CL16.

It is indeed a hardware issue as mentioned by @Brando212
I just replaced the keyboard assembly and it works well again.

As for support, the laptop's warranty period had ended a few years ago.

Remove battery and dispose of it immediatly as this is is a genuine real fire hazard and risk to your health. Basically it is screaming "I will violently combust" to you

If with no battery the issue is ok then well yeah dispose of the battery and replace

Generally, on custom keyboards the LEDs are on the PCB, not part of the switch. In the past it used to be that the LED was build into the switch, but nowadays those are SMD LEDs that are on the PCB.

For you this means you have to decide which LEDs you want when buying the keyboard, as they are part of the PCB (afaik in all Keychrons this is the case). It also means that the LEDs need a way to transmit light through the switch, since that sits on top of it. That is why switches have a sort of light window or are just made transparent.
In the case of the switch you linked, the "RGB" version of the MX2A is simply just that: the same switch with a transparent housing to let the light through, compared to opaque regular switches.

So if you want RGB, buy the RGB version of the keyboard and make sure your switches are not opaque.

Check the older Huawei smartwatches. They offer 5-15 days of battery time (model dependent). Most Samsungs last for 1-3 days on a charge.
Samsung Smartwatches often have features that require a Samsung phone. Huawei work fine on most phones including Apple.
I have a Watch GT3 Pro Huawei while my dad uses a Samsung Galaxy Watch4.

If you find that the Noctuas are not doing enough, then look at stronger fans; I mean those with higher static pressure. That fan has 2.36mmAq.

Likely there is an issue with the Bridging configuration. It sounds like the LAN (wired network) can forward packets to both the 2.4 and 5GHz Bridge Groups but the Bridge Groups aren't configured to allow forwarding to each other or likely also to the LAN.

Here is my router using FreshTomato:

The above basically allows the LAN (bridge0) to talk to the WiFi (Bridge1). If I wanted the WiFi to talk to the LAN I'd have to add a policy allowing Src: br1 to Dest:br2.

Under the hood, most routers use Linux and thus IPtables and all these rules do is allow Layer 2 forwarding of packets between Bridge Groups.

milesuy reacted to Alex Atkin UK in Is there any advantage to using a 5G Pocket WiFi / 5G CPE Modem vs a 5G smartphone's tethering / hotspot?
The portable ones typically have worse reception than a phone and may not support all the technologies to get the best speed, the fixed ones way way better than a phone and support more connected devices.

I would assume the mobile hotspot to be a tad better and have reception even when the phone does not, since that is its only purpose. Not to a significant degree, though.
But I would get a 5G thingy with an RJ45 jack as well as a WiFi hotspot to have more redundancy as well as a more stable connection via wire, at least in theory.

Okay so a lot of ASUS laptops do this. They have around 8GB of RAM on the motherboard. I have a Q543UX and there is one RAM port. but it has 16GB of RAM. The RAM slot has one 8GB stick too. I was also curious if I could just ignore the RAM Specs and just use the port. I plan on trying to just throw as much in there as possible and see how an benchmarks go.

I have looked around for this issue/thing for a while and it seems like most ASUS laptops aren't marketed as having the internal RAM on the board. Most places will just say that it has 16GB with 2 ports, 16GB with 1 port, or 8GB with 1 port. Never have I seen that it written or shown as it really is.

I plan on making a small video showing the tests and going over the who deal. I know this thread is dead but ill leave the link here as Google found this thread for me on the first page.

I'd recommend you should get the iPhone 8 (which is the same CPU as the iPhone X). The upcoming major iOS update considers the 8 and X as too old FYI so they will not be receiving full features, etc.
Absolutely do not go iPhone 6. The 6S was when they switched to NVMe and had a massive speed difference.
Get the iPhone 7 if you plan to get AirPods or something in the future.

If you have Amazon, it's also a fairly small price jump to go for the iPhone Xr which has a bigger screen and better battery life.

I've been buying my mother iPhone 8's for the last few years (she loves to give them to family when she goes to Vietnam) and at this point it's become really old and I can notice operational lag. The Xr is a nice jump up with negligible price difference.

    At the moment,
Spotify requires at least iOS 14
YouTube requires at least iOS 14
There are already some apps that require iOS 15 or later to run.

iPhone 7 supports up to iOS 15
iPhone 8 / iPhone X supports up to iOS 16 (current)
iOS 17 is coming out this Fall and iPhone 8 / iPhone X will not be supported.

I think maybe keep it because you never know what Sony's idea of backwards compatibility means. Are you able to play all the games or just some? Also, I've been in this situation before. When I upgraded from my 360 to Xbox one, I couldn't give up by 360 because it's a totally different machine. Even though the one was backwards, that didn't mean it made my 360 completely useless to me. Plus, what happens if the one breaks down and you want to play some 360 games? If you got rid of it, oops. Same with my ps1, 2, 3, and 4. I know there's minimum compatibility there, but those older ones are awesome to still have around. Even if some of them are just a show off piece.
