Actually i wanted to sale my pc to someone.. and in my country people mostly increase there prices for the condition of a computer.. so i wanted to give it almost a new shiny look.. thats why i am.asking that..

I am really sorry for providing an incomplete information.. i do have a x5670 with a dell precision t3500 .. I can't overclock it because my mobo won't allow it.. and i have paired it with an r9 380 4 gb.. and the main purpose of my pc is to game at 1080p 60 fps and stream as well.. i buy my pc because i was getting it for 60$ with 8 gb 1600 mhz ram(without gpu) and i spend 110$ on my r9 380.. and as long as i determined in 1 or 2 games like apex legend and just cause i some time gets a frame drops below 60 because of my gpu which struggles in these games.. but even though i am not saying it was unplayable mostly my fps are higher then 60.. i am just asking that is it worth for the price i gave? And should I'll be okay for an year by only upgrading my gpu?

but can it provide 1080p 60 fps gaming for one year more?

I have cooler master masterair ma410p with 2 fans.. but i will upgrade my cooler to cooler master masterair ma620p which is a pretty good cooler

I think it should be the cmos or something.. i cleaned my pc yesterday and there was a little bit dust especially on my CMOS bettery don't know why especially there.. i cleaned it and put it back in.. and from yesterday it doesn't did that again.. i will replace it tommorow

I have a asus p6t x58 mobo with an x5670 on it.. i overclocked it from 3.3 ghz turbo to 4.2 ghz.. and uncore at 3.4ghz and ram at 2000mhz here are the settings.. 
Vcore at 1.38v
Uncore at 1.45v
Ram bus 1.64v
Pll 1.90v
Multi 22x
Bclk 191
 
I tried to lower the coltage on each thing one by one but I can't get voltage lower then this.. and also i can't achieve 4.4 even at 1.4v and i cannot give it more voltages because my coolermaster masterair ma410p complains on that..
 
EDIT: i also wanted to know about my one problem.. my bios allow me to set the multi at 24x but it doesn't stick to that.. i mean when i boot into windows it show 24x multi but when ever the cpu usage go more then 3-4% it drops the multi to 22x? Any help on that?

To be honest from the outside the mobo looks pretty clean to me.. and as i experienced it's a voltage thinig with my processor.. and i pushed to 4.5 ghz at 1.425 v but it didn't even boot .. and i tuned the ram and uncore pretty good too.. my uncore is at 3.4ghz and ram is at 2000mhz with a little bit change in timings.

Actually i find out i wasn't actually hitting 89c .. cpu package average was at low 80s and most of the cores was also at low 80s.. one of the cores has a average temp of 87c

yeah u r right i didn't notice that before and now i m stable at 1600 on memory and tried it on every game i have

Yeah.. and i checked the clock speeds again its a very very little diffrence in clock speed so the results should be somewhere in the neighborhood
