how much % should I set them to?

I am trying to find the best fan curve for my EVGA GTX 1060 6GB SSC. I want a quiet fan curve that would give my GPU decent temps if possible. This is my current setup and it is loud.

True.

That chip and motherboard isn’t overclockable.
-
Thanks, I’ll probably get that then. Plus, it’s cheaper and delivers in two days with Amazon.

I am swapping out cases and I’m not sure which one to get. My options are the NZXT H400i and Fractal Design Meshify C Mini. I am most likely going to get the H400i but what are your guys’ thoughts on the two?

Are the Arctic P12 PWM PST fans good? I’m looking for 5 static pressure fans for my InWin 301 at a good price and came across that.
-
Who here has an In Win 301? I want to see your guys’ builds in it and try to improve my cable management from it. Thanks!
-
It doesn’t require a software, the leds are controlled via the fan controller. I already contacted them about 2 weeks ago and got no response. EDIT: nevermind I contacted the wrong department.

I’ve been having my Thermaltake Riing 12 RGB (CL-F042-PL12SW-B) for about a month now and suddenly this happened. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/375445211280572437/490597288985493505/video.mov Only one fan lights up but the other two doesn’t. Sometimes when I turn on my PC, the other two lights up and turns off. Most of the time, they don’t light up at all when I press the power button. All of them are connected to a fan controller included.

Yeah, it’s an R5 1600 OC @ 3.8GHz 1.2 volts. Cable management on the case is not the best. Probably gonna pick up cable extensions in the future. I like the text on the card, that’s why I went with EVGA.

Oh sorry I misunderstood you there, I thought you said case fans.
-
My case doesn’t come with fans. I bought my own. They’re the Thermaltake Riing 12 RGB and they’re static pressure fans.

My case also has bad airflow, it’s an InWin 301 but I have 2 bottom fans as intake and they’re about an inch away from the bottom of the gpu.
