Does RTX 2070 run 1440p mornitor without any problem when playing games demanding high graphic quality?
Or would you recommend me to buy a Full-HD mornitor instead?

It would be thankful for you to recommend the screen size and Hz according to the resolution.
+ My computer condition: Rizen 3900X, 64GB Ram, 1TB SSD

I have a 2070 though I don't think I'd reccomd getting a 2070 with the new cards having came out as it works out to get a 3070 when they come in stock tbh 

but yes it can run a 1440p monitor (It also depends what your doing tbh)

could be what power strip is it?

try plugging your pc into the wall directly (some cheap power strips don't have the ground wire connected very well)

you can't remove edge tbh

usually the cost of shipping makes it more expensive for them to ship it back as opposed to just telling you to keep it tbh

The motherboard worked fine with only the 8 pin but the CPU would not boost to 4.4GHz. I added the 4pin and everything works fine now.

you don't need the second 4 pin connecter as the users above me said 9I did just test it now as I have a 8 pin and a 4 pin on my asus x570-e board and it still booted)

Those are for connecting a device with one output to 4 monitors 

I don't think it would work for what your trying to do
