@WikiForce Oh man dude... I already have a 280 lol

          There's no way I'm gonna BUY a 280.

I plan on upgrading to a 1060 in the future but for now I'm just gonna plop in my gtx 280 since its been collecting dust in my garage and all my other graphics cards are agp and finding the drivers for are like hell and besides aren't even nearly as powerful as my 280.

@WikiForce Yeah, no its fine m8

I found out that my server is alot more powerful than a i7 2600k for gaming.

Since I only use my server for server things I never try out gaming on it but I looked into a couple videos online of people playing on it and its better than an 8th generation i5 so i'll just be using that for now ;)

In fact, you could put in a gtx 1080ti in that thing and it won't bottleneck a bit.

Besides, the price to performance ratio on the i7 2600k compared to the xeon chip is actually impressive.

    You can't find an i7 2600k ( 4c/8t ) for under $100 bucks anywhere while an Intel Xeon x5660 ( 6c/12t ) is easily found for under $30.00 USD.

Currently I'm benchmarking my server running cinebench, passmark, 3dmark and also overclocking it and i've gotten it to go to 4.0GHZ which is pretty nice considering the base clock for this sucker is 2.80GHZ which shows that this processor is very diverse and spacious regarding clock speed. And for $30 bucks maximum as for the price of the cpu this is easily remarkable.

I will always be a fan of the x58 xeons
