    Solved by re-plug in graph card. Using GPU-Z then find it running at PCIe 3.0 X1.Reinstalling can fix this .

    Platform is 6700K + ASUS Z170i + Kingston HyperX 2400 16GB *2 + ASUS ROG 1080 And OS is Windows 10 1909. I run AIDA 64 GPGPU benchmark with newest version. The memory read/wirte speed is about 700+ MB/s. But Memory Benchmark looks good.
