  1. This can be a reference, but this number is taken from a golden chip, expect higher voltage for a silicon loser chip. https://www.anandtech.com/show/12763/msi-z370i-gaming-pro-carbon-ac-review/9
  2. My 1st gaming mouse is the Logitech G300S. It's a great cheap mouse with ambidextrous shape and 6 additional buttons, decent sensor, I was pleased by its performance but unfortunately its size is too small which makes it feel like crap under my hand. Then I moved to Roccat Tyon as at the time I dont like wireless mouse because battery life and weight concerns. But not long with this one because I found myself dont like the cable drags of a wired mouse. I feel a cable drag is more annoying than having a heavier mouse without cable. After that problems, I want a good wireless mouse, and I fell into a Logitech G703 wireless, because the G Pro Wireless is too expensive, and the Roccat Leadr which suits my needs by its features the most is way too heavy than what I can tolerate. So I would recommend the Logitech G703 if you want to get good wireless without being too heavy and too expensive and if you hate cable drags.
  3. Did you test yourself? The older NH-U12S with dual NF-A12x25 is better than the true NH-U12A dual fan instead? So basically it makes the NH-U12S at the same performance level as NH-D15 while being cheaper? Just like TLGMRT? Doesnt Noctua say that NH-U12A heatsink has 12% more surface area than U12S and 7 heatpipes instead of 5? If what you said is true then this finding is very interesting..
  4. What are these kaycaps? The lettering looks nice and unique..
  5. Noctua NF-F12 iPPC 2000/3000 then, they're server fans
  6. Seeing this RX 5700 GPU is possibly at RTX 2070 level, with possibly lower price than 2070, this might be the GPU which we (or just me) really need for over 6Gb VRAM 1080p 144 fps standards without being overkill. Do you guys think so? I'm still looking for a GPU for my 1080p 144 fps gameplay with more than 6Gb VRAM without cost me too much money or bad value for my need, and the one which power efficient.
  7. Im sure it will look nice, but I wonder if it will hurt the cooling performance by how much.. Keep it up!
  8. Here Jay explained Gimmicks vs Features, he mentioned about gaming chair in the end section of this video. Watch it!
  9. I ended up add a single 2.5" HDD and put it on the case floor between the front fan and GPU with some double-tapped cushionings for safety. I'm clueless about how to work with radiators in QBX as I'm kind of an air cooler guy, never experienced holding a liquid cooler with my hand.. So I have nothing to say about this. I dare to delid a CPU and put liquid metal in it, but I never get the convenience to use any liquid coolers inside a PC.
  10. Thankyou so much.. The main attention about building in this case, if you want to use the biggest CPU air cooler, you want to stay away from that excessive PSU mounting frame structure. In my scenario I want to be able to install the NH-C14S where its heatsink is placed slightly to the left or to the under of that frame to be safe. I was so grateful I stayed with my current MSI motherboard, otherwise if I choose to use the Asrock board instead I will most probably fk'dup. while we want to stay away from that PSU mounting frames, the next problem is "do we have enough clearance to the rear case fan?", and I was so happy when I'm still safe by 1mm gap from the cooler heatpipes to the rear case fan, so I dont have to use a slim 92mm fan, there's no compromise is taken in this sector. Next problem is the obvious cooler height, while the official specs of the case says 105mm, and I found a single review where they said it has 145mm with side bracket/plate is taken off, but in reality my NH-C14S touches the mesh of the side panel, note that the NH-C14S max height with fan is 142mm. This build is the most challanging build for me personally by far.. I really pleased with the result despite it took me almost 3 months only for the planing.. The nearest update will be attaching a custom sleeved cable, and the next is maybe to put a 1080p 144 FPS capable GPU without being overkill with as beefiest form as the case can accomodate. Stay in touch..
  11. Yep, me too.. My favorite colors are black, brown, and midnight green. I will make this QBX to have some different tone to spice things up..
  12. I think it's the cable. Both drives still healthy, I tested them in open PC just to make sure it's not the drive. I ended up put the 2.5" drive in that PC, and still have all the data I wanted to use. So i'm quite sure now it's the cable.
  13. In a glorious memory of the rigged down previous build before the migration... "See you in another build, buddy.... You've served me very very well.... You have my gratitude! Thankyou..."
  14. Update! Some tinker on the cable management as I added the second 2.5" HDD, and moved the front intake fan connection from the PWM hub to the DC fan hub together with the rear exhaust fan. Also I finally managed to use the NF-A15 Chromax fan by using the second set of NH-C14S fan clips and made a measured bends manually on it, and turned out to fit nicely and holds it firm enough. Indeed, overall it looks better with the A15 than the A14. .......gradual fan size. Still waiting for the custom sleeved cable to be made. Bear with me.. I know the pics quality is low, I'm sorry. Took from a crappy Samsung tablet. I don't have reliable camera right now, but I will get one someday..
  15. No, I have 3x USB 3.0 ports on the rear of my PC, I connected my HDDs with both end of the USB cable to 2 USB 3.0 ports at same time, the system still cant detect them. On the other end of the cable, the SATA plug which connects to the HDD there are 2 tiny LEDs as indicator of power and data, and they're turned on whenever I connected it to USB 2.0 or 3.0 ports, but still can't be detected in Windows.
  16. The holes aligned perfectly Is that the Corsair SF Gold with after market ATX bracket? I have the platinum version and the included ATX bracket doesn't have holes on it. Anyway, the idea of mounting a storeage drive on it is briliant! I never thought about this trick.. This gives me an idea to mount my 2.5" or 3.5" HDD on the QBX PSU mounting frame. Please quote the person or mention their names like this @_Hustler_One_ if you want me to be notified by your replies, otherwise I don't get your replies.
  17. I saw the concept of a Loque Ghost S1 shell, but, a unibody? I honestly wonder how we can disassemble it..
  18. G603 is using 2x AA external bateries and significantly heavier than G703 which has integrated rechargable battery. Get G703 instead of G603, the G403/G703 was the top rated mice by professional FPS player before the G Pro Wireless come out.
  19. Thanks.. I can use that PSU shroud vents as I want because I oriented the PSU where its fan faces in rather than out. By doing this, it makes the PSU compatibility contradicted to the official spec of the QBX that it doesn't support a PSU which has a certain AC power socket and plug's orientation. Also the PSU shroud vents become redundant for the main purpose which is said to be one of the feature for "independent PSU cooling", then I re-utilized it as cable-tie points for managing cables. I oriented this PSU just like that red picture on the QBX manual. I watched the OptimumTech YT chanel where he also install his PSU inside QBX with the orientation like this, but he said that by doing this he can't install the slim 9mm ODD because the AC power cable curve get in the way of the ODD bay, and I confirmed that the official PSU support specs is totally wrong, and the statement from OptimumTech is not completely true. I can install that slim ODD with PSU is oriented this way no problem at all. Everything runs normally..
  20. I prefer Logitech G403 wireless or G703 over 603, because of weight. The G603 is using 2 AA external batteries and heavier than the G403/G703 which has integrated rechargable battery. G403 wireless for the cheaper (but I think it's been discontinued), G703 for the updated better version of the G403 wireless.
  21. So you basically want to heat up the GPU with hot air from the radiator? Letting the GPU to suck fresh air to cool the rad and become hot air and then go to your GPU cooler? Hopefully the GPU won't go full throttle all the time.. But I think it's worth the try, just to find out how's the output. Did you test with the 780 running or just tested it to see that it fits?
  22. I use a medical 70% alcohol. It clean the thermal paste and kill bacteria, so my CPU won't get infection. ?
  23. Sweet.. I see a thiccccc rad is coming..
