  1. Im waiting for the beefiest AIB RX 5700 to launch themself from now before I get one. I was holding myself hard enough from getting between RTX 2060 or Vega 56 in the last 5 months. This RX 5700 appears to be the best in this segment. Hopefully..
  2. But honestly, I personally on behalf of average budget consumers would prefer the RX 5700 over RTX 2060 just because it has more VRAM and the TDP is better than Vega 56. It has longer use by its VRAM capacity than 2060 to receive many upcoming game updates which involves texture developments. I don't even need Raytrashing at all.. One of the game I play is stuttering with 6Gb VRAM at 1080p max setting. I want the highest quality graphical with as highest fps as possible at 1080p without being overkill. I found the RX 5700 is the one I need in the last 5 months which match my criteria. So this one will be a great deal for us the average consumers who never think/take any top tier GPUs into consideration to buy.
  3. At least they can give some better value in that segment for many people like me as an average budget consumer. The RX 5700 looks as a good GPU for me. Good value for its overall specs & performance. This RX 5700 has better ratio power efficiency to performance than the previous AMD's midrange GPUs, I'm not concerning electricity bill but more to its heat output of the previous gen.
  4. Yes but they're few generations old away from midrange RTX
  5. I guess because the midrange market is significantly profitable for them than competing the nvidia's flagship, knowing that midrange is the highest population. Even Nvidia know this segment so they rip off hard this area earlier by their 2060 (with only 6G vram) & 2070 (with awful value) before AMD join the segment with their own new generation. So they, AMD, can recover budget for the next 7+ architecture after focusing to their Zen2..
  6. Better performance and higher VRAM capacity than the 2060 at around same price. I would definitely get this thing over 2060 from my current 1060 6G. Hopefully my patience for this to finally come will be paid off well..
  7. How about Corsair HS70 Wireless compared to the G533? I currently have the HS50, I like the semi-open and its unassuming design. It doesnt show itself as a gaming peripheral, that's what I like from any PC hardwares and peripherals designs and styles.
  8. Metal Gear Solid series, it has greatest story line between each series period From the 1st on PSX up to PS4, the story always has connection.
  9. Did you mean g433? Cant find the g533 in Logitech site
  10. Hey guys, Im moving to wireless stuff. Having a highly curious 3yo kid and keep growing around the house get my current wired headphone is being pulled more often by her curiosity. So please recommend me of what the title says, and it has to be the over-ear one. Thanks
  11. I'm lurking for Anker Soundcore Vortex, but I'm still indecisive. What do you guys think about it?
  12. Hi.. Im looking for a wireless as my current wired headphone is getting more and more often pulled by my highly curious 3yo child. So, what is the best wireless over-ear headphone we have on the market for 100 USD budget, I dont want to spend more than that. Thanks..
  13. I just want to simply answer the topic title. It depends on how the game developers optimize their game engine. A single example is what Wargaming did on their World of Tanks. Earlier they optimized the game for a 2 cores CPU and we cant get massive advantages by using more cored CPUs but less cores and high clock are more preferred. But in 2019 Wargaming optimized their World of Tanks game engine to take advantages over higher core count/multicore or even multithreaded CPUs. I play WoT on i7-8700K before vs after the optimization, I gained around 20fps than I used to get at the same CPU clock speed and same GPU.
  14. I'm wondering, is there any reason that CM Wraithripper is not listed on the tier list nor on the queue list? Is it just simply because a dedicated threadripper coolers should have their own class? Or simply because there are not so many resources out there as references?
  15. How about waiting for the AMD Navi to come out and see how they perform relatively to the RTXs and how do they affect to RTXs' prices?
  16. This is a cool build.. I feel you for that crampped cable management while having storage drives on there..
  17. In case you end up upgrade your GPU also from 1080ti to Navi in the near future, I think the freesync monitor would be a plus..
  18. Yes.. We can get bungee to eliminate issue. I personally have a desk that can engage traction to rubber cable of the mouse and it feels like it always want to taking over my control. While bungee always distract my attention by its wigglings, it's funny feeling if I must say from my pov. I have one but I ended up abandon it. That's why Im getting Logitech G703 as its size and ergonomics are perfect under my grip, centered lightweight as a free drags wireless mouse, good battery life, performs as good as a good wired ones, and nicely priced. I tried manually some other high-end mice when I was looking for a new one, and I fell in love with G703. I originally want to get the G403 wireless instead as it's a lot cheaper, but out of stock, only the wired one is available here, so I ended up getting the G703. I even dont like how the Logitech G Pro Wireless feel under my grip because it's an ambidextrous despite it's lighter than G703.
  19. My personal rating about mouse are: 1. Size and ergonomic to give me comforts while handling it for hours. Good performer mouse will feel unpleasant to use if it doesnt suit to hand size and uncomfortable to grab. 2. Weight, in wired one the wight is given by cable drag against the edge of our desk, while on wireless is a different story. Cable drag is the most annoying thing when gaming with wired mouse, while heavy wireless mouse even more a not center / imbalance weight distribution on it will tire arm quickly. So wireless light-medium weight and balanced distribution of it is the most ideal for me, might different for other people. 3. Performance and build quality, no explanation is needed here. After having experience with several mouse, I found that an ambidextrous shaped mouse is uncomfortable for my liking. I prefer the exact shape which corresponds to my dominant side and must be with a nice fit which is its size.
  20. I know. You also can see on his list that his personal top choices is not the G703 nor the G Pro Wireless. But he made the top 40 as a general list not as it's his own personal favorite. He mentioned that the best mouse is the G Pro Wireless and the G403/G703 were the best before GPW came out but they're not necessarily become his favorite mice. You can see clearly on his own Personal Favorite list vs the Top 40 list. And my current favorite is the G703 I'm using right now, as it suits my hand size and grip style perfectly, cable drag free, it has great performance, lightweight (as a wireless) and balance weight distribution, good battery life.
  21. Still based on rocketjumpninja's statements, the Logitech G403/G703 was the top rated mouse before the Logitech G Pro Wireless came out..
  22. That's one of my point. I will reseal it when it's the time I will sell it, but before that time is coming I will leave it without resealed, so If I need to reapplied the LM I can do it without any hassle.
  23. This. I did mine without re-seal the IHS. Just hold the IHS inplace firm enough with the stock motherboard intel cpu retention tool. Be very careful when you hold it with your finger while you clipping it on the motherboard. Here is mine,
