    i7 9700k W/ Noctis NH-D15

With 30C ambient temp, 40C idle with NH-D15 is normal, but how about your core voltage? My system, ITX case with limited front vents, i7 8700K at 4.7GHz with 1.17v core voltage under NH-D15 and intake fans speed at 1500 rpm, around 30-32C ambient temps my CPU idle temps 38-41C. I downclock it as the climate here is much hotter than usual.. It was OCed at 4.9GHz with 1.31v and higher intake fans speed..

  3. Hi guys, OP are you still looking for this type of case? Or someone who still in their quest for this type of case.. I know this is old topic, but I just want to share what I stumbled upon when I'm surfing the internet for PC builds. Corsair Carbide 330R, There is black and titanium color options.. Have you seen this one? You might think there is no front vents, but from this angle, yes you can't see it, but the front vents are actually there on the side front panel facing the rear. I think this one is a really good non-windowed case without being boring plain box which doesn't have some flavor in the exterior design.. This one has a great look exterior design, looks elegant and classy, and looks premium.. https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Cases/Carbide-Series™-330R-Quiet-Mid-Tower-Case/p/CC-9011024-WW https://www.newegg.com/global/id-en/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139056 This is the thermal review of the case, https://hexus.net/tech/reviews/chassis/61777-corsair-carbide-series-330r/?page=4

Cheap but good quality RGB strips?

Is this attached on the expansion slot? Of so, I cant use this as my case is an ITX with only 2 expansion slots which are already occupied by the graphics card. Might use this instead but need soldering (I'm bad in soldering stuff) and idk where I can put this on my case..

Cheap but good quality RGB strips?

That would be great if you can show us how to make it..
  6. Hi guys, Does anyone know if it's normal as it is or I got different something? That is I have no option/button/tool on PC Part Picker site to post any comment on any other posts or post a topic in the forum, and also I can't find the option/button/tool to post a "Complete Build" of my saved part list.. I googled this problems, and found on most discussion about this problems and all the given answers doesn't exist on my pages. I signed up my account to this site recently, so, did I miss something which limit the feature on my account for this page? If I logged out, that big blue button to create complete build is there, but when I logged in, it disappears from where it was.. This is when I logged out This is when I'm logging in via clicking that big blue button and this is when I logged in Any thoughts? Thankyou for your time..

Cheap but good quality RGB strips?

I have to agree with this.. I also use it.. But, since my motherboard doesn't have the matching RGB header with the kit, I use the external controller. But again, my concern on this kit is it can't switch the RGB strip off with the external controller, we must plug off the SATA power inside the system to turn it off. I wish it can be turn off by the external controller.. Why I want to turn the RBG off? It's because I don't want to attract my toddlers attention when around, I want to have option to turn the RGB on/off from the external controller.. Phanteks, why you did this??

    Which case

Meshify C is known to be one of the cases which has superior airflow to give us high cooling performance, because we don't want to get our PC components get hot when running..

Is TG Kryonaut "pump out" a real issue?

Kryonaut is a thick compound, I think it's best to apply it by spreading it on the IHS, just like how Der8auer recommended.. I also use this TIM by spreading it, running happy temps..

Looking for a cpu cooler for an 8700k in a inwin 301

Thermalright Le Grand Macho RT, huge but feature really good compatibility, 159mm height, no RAM conflict, no PCIe conflict, 1060gr weight, silent, top tier performance, relatively cheap for its size, short warranty.

    black fans

If you want good black aesthetic fan, in my opinion, and also for me personally, the "best looking black fan" is the Cooler Master Silencio 120 PWM. Look at the fan blade design, looks so good..

    Replacing Corsair for Ducky

I was about to get that too.. Long time ago I posted a topic about which 60% keyboard I'm about to get, KBP V60 Type-R or Vortex Pok3r, but But ended up with Ducky One 2 Mini Instead, because the MX Silent Red switch on it..

Is the H60 a good choice?

And these are examples if you are featuring water on electroniocs, the 1st one is example on a watercooled GPU though, and the other one is about the troubles with RMA-ing components affected by watercooled CPU, but see the effect, and mind that you have to deal with all the after effects, all the hassle of RMA and unable to use your system.. It's time, mind, energy, and emotional consuming..

Is the H60 a good choice?

I watched JayzTwoCents CES visit video, and I was surprised that he said this, Mind that this guy is a professional, and you are just about to jump into AIO because you are interested to liquid cooling.. If he admited that liquid cooling is a pain in the ash, so would you?
