1st gen i5 is not good that would be a 10 year old cpu with a fairly moderate gpu worst thing I would do is upgrade your cpu and mobo I would go on eBay and try to find a 5th gen i5 or i7 and buy a cheat intel board. Bride for use case I don't see any reason to overclock. I think the rx 580 Is a good card me personally I would of gone for the 5500 xt but to each their own and also get more ram price out how much you can get a cpu and mobo for and spend the rest of memory. Your ssd and hdd are fine as long as your hdd is 7200 rpm

If you are custom water cooling clean it every two weeks. If you are on air with a good case and heatsink clean every three months. If on air with bad case but good heatsink clean every two months and if on stock heatsink and bad case clean every 1 month
