  1. Didn't work sadly and I had to reinstall windows. Good thing i had a flash drive already made up with windows 10 from last time. After i disabled secure boot it wouldn't detect the drive as bootable at all. At least now I dont have to worry about the dumb secure boot and can install any OS i want on any drive.
  2. Ok so im new to the whole UEFI and secure boot thing(just recently upgraded from an old BIOS motherboard). My setup is as follows... >Windows 10 installed with bitlocker on the boot drive. >All Bios/UEFI settings default on my motherboard "Z170 PRO GAMING/AURA" so secure boot and all that crap is most likely on. I tried booting a flashdrive with a linux installer and no matter what i cannot boot from it so im assuming i have to disable stuff. The question i have is if i disable all this secure boot/UEFI crap in order to install linux on another drive will that mess up my current installation of windows 10 and prevent me from booting into it?
  3. So i got a key a while back from a humble bundle and since i already have a VPN im not going to use this so feel free to take it. First come first serve. RC6AX4MP4QC72MR9W78Q Instructions: https://support.humblebundle.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006796153 Please reply if you used the key so others don't have to guess if its used.
  4. I bought a SanDisk 128gb SD card and it came with a code for a 1 year subscription for RescuePro Deluxe. Im not going to be using this code so i figured why not just give it away. Anyways here is the code. The race is on. RPDLX-0600-30438-60055-98839 Not going to link the software because i got to make you work for it at least
  5. My smart phone is like $30 and way way worse than this lol. This makes me feel like my phone is a complete POS... oh wait is it xd.
  6. Doesn't seem like a bad card. action games it might get a little annoying. I might just stick with my constantly switching inputs.
  7. Oh well was worth a shot. Thanks for the help.
  8. I want to avoid having another monitor to clutter my already cluttered small ass room. I already weighed my options and a capture card would be the best option for me.
  9. I got one already. its annoying having to switch inputs to reply to messages or quickly browse around for something. I like to multitask so much that its prob considered supertasking xd. It would be so much easier for me to just be able to minimise a window or shrink it a little so i can watch a video on the side while playing my console.
  10. I want to play console games on my PC without having to constantly switch my inputs. its easier to talk on steam, discord and browse around on a PC then having to constantly switch inputs just to play my switch. yes i know that i wont be able to use a keyboard and mouse and will have to use the actual controller the console uses with the console.
  11. Sorry if this is the wrong place, i couldn't find a more relevant place for this. So im looking for a good pci/internal capture card to play games on my PC in windowed mode and preferably with 1080p and 60fps support(futureproof) and as little latency as possible since im going to be using my PC to play instead of changing inputs. As for price range anything from $50-200. Im not really going to be using it for recording but once in a while i might. If anyone knows of a good capture card with this specs id really appreciate it.
