i took several modeling classes but that was a year or 2 ago and a diffrent program

So im going to start making my game in ue4 and had a question,would i be able to make all of my models in blender? of not can you recommend me one

Ok so i will be going to collage in 2 years and i want to have a gaming laptop with me (Not for classwork as i wont have to go to the normal collage classes) and the majority of my pay will be going to be put in the cost of getting there,and paying the collage expense (Lucky we get payed pretty good here and rent is really cheap) so after everything is payed my leftover money will be around 1400 usd.(If you want me to name off the game's i play just ask)

So heres the situation, i recently downloaded fallout 3 again to replay it on my new pc but now whenever i got to the part where you choose whatever gender u want to be it freezes up my whole pc(I press my power butten then everything unfreez) when i choose and i went to youtube to see what fix there is but that even made it worse wich it would freeze up right before the gender selecter,it worked on my windows 10 laptop wich was a a8-7410 and even worked on my c2q computer running win 7(Sorry if my enlish is bad : P)Specs is in my profile discription Edit also sorry if i have it in the wrong fourm part

i like noise from my computer becuse then i know if a fan died(Higly unlikly but still)
