I am doing a spreadsheet and i need to use a formula for displaying this is what i got =IF(D2>10,"Good") or IF(d2<10,"Bad") But it says it wrong PLEASE HELP !

Please can anyone help my surface 3 whenever i plug in my surface it says plugged in not charging or it says its charging but it slowly goes down.
