    which one will have better cooling perfomance i believe the arctic freezer 33 has 140 tdp and the ml240l has 210?

    i guess i should have worded it better i was referring to being able to see the liquid in the loop not actually move thank you for the info though. i edited my post now

    Looking to try out liquid cooling not sure if i want to jump right into building a custom loop. I want a cooler where i can see the liquid in the tubes fairly decent budget 100-230$ cad anyone have any suggestions?
