    I have an intel core i7 7700HQ CPU @2.80GHZ and an nvidia gtx 1070 8gb 16gb ram 2400mhz gaming laptop msi ge63vr 7rf raider im getting 20 fps fallout 4 on high settings and 80 fps on doom ultra settings something is wrong no mods being used and I also get 8 fps in minecraft 1.14.4 could someone please help me out?
