looking for best performance rgb fans, not looking for max performace fans no o/c going on atm so cpu stays cool, just wondering if theres anythat i should consider other than corsair

looking to pimp the build and get some RGB fans on my radiators. was planning to go with corsair but wanted to know if there are any better ones out there

Intel Core i7 8700K, S 1151, Coffee Lake, 6 Core, 12 Thread, 3.7GHz, 4.7GHz Turbo, 12MB Cache, 1200MHz GPU, 95W, CPU Box. This is the description of the proccessor im geting, will it automatically go to 4.7GHz when needed or do i need to overclock to get it?

Do the water coolers need to be connected to a full loop? Or can you just run them on their own?

ASUS RPG Maximus Hero, 2 RAM sticks and 1GPU, thats all thatll be in the motherboard

Looking for a good cooler to keep the 8700K chill, cause im thinking of overclocking and know that good cooling is needed. Is it better to go for an air cooler or are there water coolers that don't need a whole lot of setting up?

I have two different motherboard and CPUs, there is a £120 difference in the price and i want to know if it is worth the money. 1st setup, Intel i7 8700k Six Core 3.7GHz, ASUS ROG MAXIMUS X HERO, COST - $705.95 2nd setup, Intel i7 8700k Six Core 3.7GHz, ASUS Prime Z370-P, COST - 580.94 Both setups are using 16GB Vengeance LPX Black.
