Yeah, Xiaomi's Mi9T Pro is ~350$, has a Snapdragon 855, 1080p OLED screen, 128GB storage, 6GB Ram.
The F1 had a launch price of 300$, and if the X2/F2 launches around that price, without an OLED screen, it will get cannibilized by the Mi9T Pro.
However if it comes with OLED, it might be a viable alternative to the Mi9T non-pro.

heh, maybe at stock. Once you turn up voltage and freq, you start drawing some serious power. a 3970X draws around 7W per core, while a 3990X draws around 4W. To get a 3990X to 3970X frequencies, thats over 500W of heat output. In addition, Zen 2 freq scales inversely with temperature, so lower temps = faster clocks
Thats how someone had to do to overclock their 3990X.

I'd advise against a cheap case and PSU, as a quality case and PSU will stay with you across many upgrades. Ditto with SSDs under 1TB, with such low SSD prices, no point in buying low capacity or spinning rust (unless you need like 4TB+ of storage). In addition, Crucial E-die overclocks very well, so I'd get some crucial ram as opposed to some random ram that you don't know who manufactured the ICs.
