2400mhz. Found a 3600 kit i belive for 85 dollars. I am selling my old monitor and some gear right now. And if i'll get that sold im going to buy a new mobo and the r5 5600x. And then i can sell my 8700 and mobo and profit from it all:)

Just make sure to set volume for low value or Headphone gain to normal before connecting headphones/listening something.
250 ohm DT990 doesn't need special output to be loud and full output of AE-5 would be seriously loud.
So better to start with safe settings than by exersizing stretching limits of ear drums.
