  1. I have the latest version, I was reading about cyberpunk not using the threads of the CPU because its looking for an older bulldozer era processor and if it does not detect that it limits the threads. There is a fix but I have to roll back to an older version of cyberpunk to delete the one single line of code that does this. People with the same CPU as me say they see a 15-30fps boost. Worth a shot I suppose. I also attached a picture that is while playing the game that shows no GPU utilization from windows software or ASUS software for the GPU. However hardware monitor shows it hit 100% so I really don't know how much my GPU is actually being used because it clearly doesn't report correctly. Maybe this is Nvidia driver problem and not cyberpunk. Those spikes you see are me minimizing cyberpunk and not the gameplay itself. During testing I was running through large crowds to get the GPU working, The GPU Fans kicked on so I know it was working.
  2. So I just reinstalled the game and have everything set to medium and it seems to be the same except now it seems rtx on or off basically make no difference in frame rate unless im standing still, As soon as I start walking I get about 40-55fps with rtx on or off, both about the same. I did however notice crowd turned down now does make a difference and will net me 15 or so more frames from high to med. Where as before id was maybe 5. Still seems to be something wrong. I would think RTX on should deliver considerably less fps then off, im thinking at least 15-20fps more when off, I may be wrong though. But who knows lol.
  3. Motherboard is Asus X570 Tuf Gaming Pro Wifi, I have Corsair vengeance RGB Pro 3600MHz (CMW32GX4M2D3600C18) Xmp is enabled, as soon as I Installed the ram the motherboard automatically overclocked and enabled the xmp profile pulled from the ram.
  4. Yeah that's the same for me and it just doesn't seem right. My CPU only gets to 40-60% usage on max settings doing graphic intensive things like running through a crowd or in a large fight scene. I am reinstalling the game as we speak so we will see if it was just a bad install or something. I will update when I know more.
  5. My CPU is around 45% utilization while playing. Maybe I'll reinstall the game and see if that changes anything. I'll look into it a bit more tomorrow as it is now 2am and I work tomorrow lol. What you are describing of 40% more preformance when you turn RTX off is kinda what made me question it because that's what I was was expecting. I'll update when I do some more digging Thanks for the help!
  6. I have dlss set to auto and have also tried medium setting. Doesn't change much. My temps are all under 50 for everything so that shouldn't be an issue. I'm not expecting 100 fps max setting or anything lol. I just cannot figure out why low setting rt off and high setting rt on are very similar. Just cannot figure it out for the life of me. Ive even turned padestrains to the lowest setting and that can get me up to 70 fps on low everything with rt off.
  7. Ramspeed is 3600mhz. And I have turned padestirans down as low as they go and can sometimes get about 10 more fps. It just seems very dispraportianet that max everything vs lowest everything is a 20fps difference at most. I just see some people saying they are playing at 4k with rt on and getting 60+ frames with the same card. I'm playing at 1080p and can barely get that haha
  8. I'm not sure if anyone else has seen this but I get very bad framerates in cyberpunk. Other games seem to be ok For reference I get about 250+ fps in COD WWII max everything so my card is working. I recently built a new pc Ryzen 7 3800x RTX 3070 64GB Ram 3600mhz WD NVME SN850 And I cannot get more than 66FPS in cyberpunk at 1080p I can set everything to low, Ray tracing off and maybe get 64-66 fps at most But I can also set everything to ultra, ray tracing on and get 45-55 fps It just doesn't seem right at all. on low RT off I would guess I should get 100+ Another strange thing is my GPU is at 2-4% usage during this and is at like 40c. However the GPU Memory usage is up around 7gb out of 8 I'm at a loss as what I can do or if there is anything I can do. Is cyberpunk really that poorly optimized? Or is something wrong?
  9. I believe I have figured out the issue. I had the same question and tried to figure it out and I think I did, When you cover the zoom lens and click 2x zoom in auto mode you can still take a picture perfectly fine even though you have the lens covered. so whats happening is when the phone detects the lens is covered it switched to the main shooter with digital zoom. The way I figured this out was by covering th zoom lens and clicking zoom over and over and I noticed that when I did it quick I seen my finger covering up the shot very briefly. So if you switch to 2x zoom and slowly move your finger over the zoom lens you can see your finger creep up but when it covers enough it switches to the main shooter with digital zoom. I confirmed by taking 2 pictures both at 2x zoom and one with finger completely covering the zoom lens and one with my finger just barely in the shot so I could tell what lens was being used and the one with my finger just barely in it was waaay clearer and had much more detail. This is a pretty neat little trick they do to help with fingers in pictures.
