  1. I'm not necessarily looking for rich tool reader, but more like just raw power that can open 50 journals and books at once, and those books have a lot of pages.
  2. noted, will try these options when I need it. Out of curiosity, is lightweight always better? Because when I see 'lightweight' I assume it uses low computer rss but also limited on what it can do (for example, maybe it can't open big number/size of files). And since I have some headroom in my pc, I don't really mind for to be "heavy" as long as it does the job. Or is my assumption wrong?
  3. Huh, I was never considered it before but I just try it and surprisingly and ironically, it has better feature than acrobat because it can save the edit on the file directly (not making new file). Also the scrolling is smoother, so ig it works. Thank guys.
  4. Until now I'm using Acrobat reader dc, and after 10-15 files, I receive an "out of memory" error message. I google what it means and I think it's the virtual memory and not necessarily ram(?) and the solution is increasing the "virtual memory" but honestly I'm not really comfortable doing it. So, is this a problem that I'll always face in any reader or is there any other app that will do better? Just for context, I'm a student doing his thesis rn so I need to open a bunch of journals and books. I'm quite confident on my laptop, it's i7-9750H with 16gb+8gb ram, 1tb sata ssd, so I don't think it's hardware limitation.
  5. Is Galaxy Watch Active series doesn't get recognized/isn't a thing in west country? Lately I have been looking for smartwatch, so obviously I'm watching LTT, MKBHD, etc (someone who at least has a decent level of credibility, which most I know are US based) for recommendation. In shortcircuit video, unboxing apple watch 6, Linus basically says that Apple Watch 5 and 6 are the only top brand with always on display. But galaxy watch active from the first one already have AOD. So I try to look a review on that device, but there's non from a recognizable youtuber. Which I think it's weird especially for mobile device youtuber. Even unbox therapy (which personally I think isn't credible) doesn't post any video about these watch series. So what's the deal here? *sorry for bad english
  6. alright thanks, I'll look into another way first I don't even think I can take out the drive from this old notebook
  7. multiple question 1. is legacy drive means the internal drive? because I already tried it 2. what is GParted? what is all you saying on that second line means?
  8. it won't start to install, it stuck to that error message I press "OK" to restart and it back to that error message again.
  9. I'm sorry, I forgot to quote yours when I replied
  10. but I don't have any W10 files inside that usb, it starts from internal drive which I already factory reset the timeline is : I factory reset it, then turn on the laptop without any usb, only internal drive and it start installing W10 by itself, but I interrupted it by unplug the battery
  11. I tried, so what I should do is just let it boot up from the internal drive to continue the Windows 10 installation right? If it is, it always show that error message on the top if not, please enlighten me
  12. I already run the W10 in this laptop, so it's in internal drive of the laptop I want windows 7 because it's intel atom with 1gb ddr2 ram
  13. yes, I interrupted the W10 install by pulling out the battery sorry for my bad english I tried right after I interrupted the W10 installation but it still sends me to this W10 installation page
  14. So the back story is I want to uninstall W10 in my old notebook and install W7, I already find the iso file for W7 and put it in flashdisk. I already factory reset the hard disk a few weeks ago, so as far as I know it's clean and ready to install W7. . Time skip to today, I don't remember is the W10 already uninstalled or not, so I turn on the laptop and it suddenly start to begin installing W10 (because I didn't plug in the flashdisk with W7.) So I unplug the battery (yes it is so old that you can unplug the battery that easy) then I turn it on back with flashdisk and set up the flashdisk boot up, but it still stuck on that page. I tried to boot from harddisk inside the laptop just to see if it could continue from there but it's still stuck. Any solution?
  15. first, I start this research way long before my post here, around 1 month before 8 march. this forum is not the only source nor forum I'm looking into. second, you guys opinion is actually kinda irrelevant to my condition, not because I don't respect you guys anything, but because the difference in geographical location. I live in South East Asia, the price will be different than what you guys get, meanwhile my purpose for this topic is mainly the price consideration, not performance. If we only talk about performance, any people with at least a little knowledge about tech would know G14 will be better.
