  1. I already have S2721DGF for 3 weeks now and I really don't recommend it. Is ok, but for its price I expected better image quality, less eye strain and better color balance. I made probably hundreds of settings and I'm still not as happy (if we're talking about work) as when I had my old TN Iiyama. Left and right side is a little darker (read rtings.com) etc. Games looks and works (FreeSync Premium) great. Unfortunatelly, for some reasons, I cannot return this monitor, otherwise I would buy DELL 32" VA version.
  2. This is really important to not mix too many colors in your pc. People who visit your house will be disgusted when they see your pc. Your wife will request a divorce, your dog becomes ill and the fish in the aquarium will keep you awake at night screaming. But seriously, if this is your main problem, then open Photoshop or GIMP, and check yourself how it will looks like together. Maybe you can even find videos on youtube.
  3. There is no "best format", everything depends on image content and how do you want to use it after.
  4. You have over 900 posts on this forum and you never saw answer to your question before? :)
  5. Your question was about corrupting files, so answer is - this happens only with faulty hardware and it's not normal. Bad overclocking (including XMP) can cause that too. That is why stability tests are important after you set OC.
  6. Can you decide which one you're using? Use wired connection and forget about WiFi. Cables are cheap.
  7. Using Macrium Reflect is good advice. New drive will boot on different hardware without any problem. Just boot new hardware with only new drive connected first time and system will adjust everything and change device assignments (like drive id assigned to c etc.).
  8. And you probably don't even must replace both. Most of people (at least based on this forum) wants to upgrade their computer without sense - having good CPU (not the best, but still good) they wants to replace everything instead of just buying GPU first and check. In most cases it will work great, unless you have, for example, 1st gen i3 processor. For sure difference will be huge if you replace GPU. And with CPU replacing you may not even notice difference except in some rare cases (or benchmarks).
  9. It matters. Or not. It really depends. In case 1650 - I think not really.
  10. There is (probably) no issue here. You can swap mic and headphone jacks in front in Realtek audio if you have software installed. This software can even detect that you connected new device and asks you what is that - microphone or headphones. So - you can plug headphones in mic jack and it will work, because it's designed that way. If you cannot choose - install Realtek drivers with softwae and you'll be able to switch it.
  11. I mean drive may have write problem, not read. But it is not the case I guess after all. It may be related to sleeping drive - explorer may freeze while drive is waking up. You can disable sleeping drive in power management.
  12. Of course buying monitor first. If it will be enough, you can skip computer upgrade for some time. If not - you'll end with second option and upgrade computer too. You can't check it other way.
  13. You can buy 144Hz monitor and check. You already wrote about update possibility so I assume after update you'll buy that monitor anyway. So just buy it and check. Not only for 144Hz but also for freesync, so even when framerate drops, you'll not notice that.
  14. I actually agree with testing without hdd. Read lot of data is not the same as system operations. Your ssd is not good, but is not bad. From all cheapest ssd this is probably one of the best. I personally trusted Adata ssd drives - is my third choice.
  15. Now? After you format drive? Well, if you're not sure, then I don't know more drastic method to remove any virus. And btw. you did what? You had AV software when you opened that zip with virus and get infected? So your AV is crap. Good AV protects your computer by prevent running any dangerous viruses - both by scaning file and memory. If it's not working good, then it's a crap, not AV. I saw once funny thing - Defender allows file to be executed, but then, AFTER, mark it as dangerous. I start wondering if Defender really protect any personal computer or it just prevents to spread infection to other machines.
  16. Fight viruses with av software - at least it will be useful for something other than showing icon in tray and slowing down your pc. I wonder why people discuss about antiviruses (which one is the best, faster, more efficient) and then, when that type of software finally may be useful, choose method that works no matter if av is installed or not (like wiping drive). Good thing is - if you use some av software, now you know that is bad.
  17. There is no problem with recover - drive still works and all data is accessible, just very slow. So using recovery tools at this stage is dangerous.
  18. https://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/radeon-rx-5500-xt-review,6.html Seems ok, but VS serie is not the best.
  19. If drive is failed, then cloning, copying or anything will be real pain.
  20. And should I download it, upload on my own server and then I'll see it? Come on. Give me link to working website.
  21. If you have sd to usb adapter then yes. What is your problem with buying any new working pendrive? Sorry, it takes too long. I hope someone else can help you. I'm start thinking that you don't need any solution.
  22. Any proof for that? Sorry, but this is simply not true. It's not that if new cpu is released, all old are automatically bottlenecking. OP: you don't must have stable 165Hz. Gsync/freesync is enough to get smooth gameplay.
  23. What formatting errors? When? Man, do you really need help? Then describe problem better - it's not that I see the same as you and know what do you think. Formatting hard drive error? Formatting pendrive error? While preparing usb? While installing Windows?
