Hmm, interesting one, this kinda goes back to the boat "Paradox" if you replace a plank on a boat, is it a new boat? if not how many planks do you have to replace to make it new, 100%? it seems like a easy question, but the more you start to think about it, the harder it gets, With PC's i would say, if you have a new Motherboard + CPU + GPU, then you can probably call it a new pc

i've always wondered how N-Key-Rollover gets simulated on USB, because i thought there was a physical limitation that blocked it from having more than 6 keys, how do manufacturers get away with it and what tricks do they use? Thanks! -shinevision

The most common offenses are topics involving hacking, cracking, circumventing deliberately implemented monitoring or tracking software, & hackintoshs.
The CS states some of this (try to avoid hackintoshs in general) in broad detail (speaking of it but not how to do it) is "ok" but I generally tend to avoid all of it in general. The Moderators I've interacted with here are quite nice and understanding but there's no need to push your luck. I've seen enough people get banned because they did.
Other than that, enjoy yourself. Ask question, help people, share information, etc.
