Like i said many times before, i don't hate Apple, i like most of their products, the problem comes from the price and Apple's position towards non-authorized repair, i think people should be allowed to at least try to repair their products in an alternative way they feel confortable with. 

If you go through the discussion youll notice that all of these issues have been addressed, but ill give you a TL;DR coz im bored in class:
 
The price for the Apple products are not even that bad for the components you get and how long these machines last. Also, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Meaning that people think that Apple products are worth the money due to reasons I will get into in a sec. Apple's design ethos has never been for the user to customize and change stuff, theyre target audience at the moment are people who do not need powerful machines (yet they put an i9 in an iMac, Even I thought that was a bit daft). The TA don't need to upgrade RAM or change things as in depth as windows users do.
 
Onto the OS:
Now, I think that Apple's OS is god tier because its so simple and easy to use, which is part of the appeal. Apple users don't have to worry about viruses or adware, or going deep into the file system to fix files or whatever. Further to that, IOS is so simple and clean, it just works. There is no hassle and you can set up the phone in under 5 minutes. Apple's OSs may be restrictive and controlled but the people who use Apple love that.
 
As for the changing of dongles, Apple has always done this. They were the company who started the extinction of optical drives and some could even argue that they made the smartphone popular. They have always been the proponents of change and they do this in a radical fashion. Like the sudden removal of the headphone jack as a way to push blue tooth.

As much as I do hate apple, and the things it does. I do agree with this, as I have a 2012 Macbook Pro that still works fine today (although I no longer use it), and yes it runs fine, even with the newest OS (shocking, I know right?), also want to note that its only needed 3 repairs since I purchased it, but those were all *mostly* caused by stuff I did.

With the pricing I do consider it screwing them over. Apple doesn't make bad products, they're definitely good for people who want simple devices. But for the prices they sell it at - at or above what the "high end" gear for the more tech savy is (IMO) a rip off.
 
Obviously doesn't mean people can't like apple. If you aren't being a fan boy, feel free. Investments are subjective, and if you use something every day of the week for multiple hours, a 2 grand laptop that works well is probably worth the investment.

I agree with a lot of your points. Apple is not the best company, not by a LONG shot. They do some pretty shitty things and I agree with your points 2 and 3 but you can not deny that they have made some pretty impressive products with some great ingenuity and you have to respect them for that.  

I grew up around Apple products and I think that they have some amazing products and have good innovation. The build quality and design Ethos of the company is magnificent, They're OS (both for the phones and the laptops) is super easy to use and just works without much of a hitch. Even thought they are a little pricey, I personally think it is worth it. Furthermore I have had experience with both MacOS and windows and but I must say MacOS is so much prettier and easier to use and there is little to no hassle on the users end. On the other hand, they really limit the ability of external parties to do things on an Apple computer, for example; As Rossman said, Apple policy on repairs to macs is super tight and makes it so that going to the apple store is the more efficient way to go. The Warranty and the BS apple care thing is quite a scam as we always end up paying for something if it breaks anyway. These tactics allow for Apple to rake in the sweet sweet cash money from the consumer's misfortune.
 
In conclusion, Apple has great innovation which really shape the way Technology develops (smart phones, the absence of optical disk drives and now the move to make everything wireless), but they really need to work on their outward appearance to the public. Although, the PC's community unreasonable hate for Apple is usually jumping on the band wagon instead of their opinions being backed by facts and experience

one can of worms I didn't open was the way they handle their workers in the factory but I could talk about that for an hour without reaching a conclusion and I don't really think it adds anything to the thread but I wanted to put it out there.

I would have to disagree with you on that point, I have an iPhone and the OS is the best part about it. I have talked to many samsung users and they all generally agree that IOS is a super good looking design and is really easy to use. Don't get me wrong though, I know the company has done some really horrible things but their IOS is unbeatable by phone standards IMO

Actually, iOS did start to suck a while ago. 
Few years ago Apple had meh hardware in their phones, but software was pretty damn good.
These days hardware is pretty damn good, but software is holding it back quite a bit. 

I mean, sure, that A11 chip looks like a total powerhouse on paper and Antutu benchmark, but there are Android phones that are plain faster, like XZ2.

I was thinking should I give my PC a name too. Untll giving it a personality make me feels like a slave owner.
 
Because my PC is a video editing and rendering (part time gaming) workhouse. It often work overnight when I went to bed.  Another PC is a NAS, which has to stay on 24/7 no matter what. Which feels very much like force labor.
 
To make sure I sleep well every night while leave it working 100% for hours and hours, I will not give them names.
 
 
 
 

People don't hate Apple because of the OS. People think they hate Apple because of cost, but a full blown gaming PC can easily cost the same if not more to higher spec'd Mac. What people usually hate on is the smugness some of the fanbase (people who take PCMR  serious are also just as cringe) and the products being hard to service. If I spent 2k on a highly spec'd machine, I don't like the idea of things being held together by glue.
 
Apple makes amazing kit, but some of the decisions are questionable after Jobs died.

I'd argue that they created the modern smartphone. You're not gonna feel at home using a smartphone older than the iPhone, but you'll feel right at home, if not a bit more constricted, with the original iPhone and iPhone OS. Yes, that's what it was originally called.

But I don't hate Apple. I hate a few things they do, but right now I think they are doing a much better job on the software front than Microsoft or Google. 

Didn't Linus in his iMac pro video (before it broke) that the specs were fairly priced for what you get?

Are there really overpriced for the tight integration you get with other apple products? 
My 2012 MacBook Pro (8gb ram upgraded and 500gb sad) is still running strong and I love it for the battery life (can easily get several hours w/o charger) and if I leave my iPhone at home I can still text and make calls throughout the day with no problem. 
 
1. Most Smart Keyboard cases that I have tried and actually liked have to be decently lined up before they lock into place
2. Name a single laptop that handles a i9 decently well in any simi portable form factor. Most of the blame can be placed on intel for not getting to smaller nm chips yet. 
3. Yes competition is good for everyone but most companies are not scrutinized like apple is to a nitpickly level where any little thing going wrong tries to be made into an apple is horrible article. Just look at the TWO iPhone 7s that had the battery expand in shipping. News outlets tried to blow it up into every phone does it not just the note 7 when in reality, almost any battery has a small chance of failure.
