  1. Thanks all! I love Anno 1800 but god does it throttle hard, so I'm going to fix it ASAP, but at least I know I don't need to start thinking about a new CPU!
  2. Hypothetically, if someone built their PC 3 years ago, and was an idiot and didn't look into why their PC/games crash slightly more than often, and system runs slower after being on for 3-4 hours, until recently where they found that their CPU runs at 70c idle and 99c under load, could that permanently damage the CPU permanently? As in, even with the thermal paste is getting replaced and cooler refitted tomorrow, has that hypothetical person just killed performance from their CPU permanently? Say the hypothetical CPU was a Ryzen 5 3600 with no OC for context.
  3. I haven't exactly been keeping up with tech news so I didn't know NVidia had released a decently priced card recently. I'll definitely pick one up! It does, yes.
  4. Hey, I'm looking for a Graphics Card for my younger brother and I need help on what card I should choose for him. He mainly uses his computer to game, and due to having 4 other siblings to buy for I can only budget about £150 for it, though anything is better than his current GT710. Thanks, Harry
  5. What display cable are you using and have you tested if the cable is faulty?
  6. A. When did you get your MB and CPU? B. Did you get them new? C. Is your OS stored on a hard drive? If so how old is the hard drive?
  7. Do you know what the thermals of your rig are? And what is in it?
