Definitely they were lazy but hey atleast it's going to cool a Hawaii based GPU's hopefully and not turning them in a miniature volcano in your PC :mellow:

Same happened to my friend couple weeks ago with azerty.nl. They said its AMD's fault while AMD stated that the retailer were responsible for what they do with the Never Settle Bundle... Best part is that his uncle who bought a 260X did get the coupons. From the same retailer only he bought it about the release time of the new cards <_< My friend has a lot of bad luck moments this year unfortunately. Btw he bought the 270X MSI Hawk edition.

I have a weird feeling for owning, recommending and building PC's with Nvidia GPU's in them. This is not what PC's were meant to be, they supposed to be open source and companies help each other to make better products for the end user, not locking technologies down and make fun out of companies that do their best to be co-operative. I don't see the point in myself to recommend Nvidia products anymore if this shady practices continue.

This is quite promising especially considering that APU's weren't that much of a powerhouse couple years ago with the first release more known as the good old Llano APU. As what I know over laptops, they need powerful yet not power hungry APU's just like what these upcoming Kaveri are and I really hope that AMD will aggressively market these APU's to make them more common to the consumer instead of letting Intel dominate the market with their i3's (Pentium and Celeron to make the matter worse) and HD 4000 GPU's that don't give a user quite pleasing experience. Those who want to do more than just replying to E-mails and typing a word document will these APU's deliver much better experience to them. Is it me or should Intel give up with their Iris Pro (aka HD 5200) because they aren't used outside high end ultrabooks and all in one systems which aren't sold (terms of volume) like what regular laptops and desktops are*. (I've asked couple electronic retailers because I had a school project about that subject). But overall great news to hear from Advanced Micro Devices together with their graphics department! *This is what I currently know about the Iris Pro. Feel free to correct me.
