Nobody has a clue?? id really appriciate it

Didnt work either. according to the task manager my gpu runs at about 10% usage but still reached 70 degrees celsius. cpu does about 50% and goes max to 55 degrees. but im not sure if the task manager har accurate information about the gpu?

did all those and absolutely nothing changed...

I just bought a new computer to play some games on. Intel I7 8700k cpu Asus gtx 1080 8gb turbo Gpu MSI Z370 GAMING PRO CARBON mobo 16 gb of 2400 mhz ram 500 gb ssd and 1 tb harddrive Corsair cx850M 850w Im currently gaming on a 1080p screen and i only get about 30 to 50 fps while playing far cry 5 and Fallout 4 on max settings. Ive read a bit about the cpu bottlenecking the gpu but this just feels like some other problem, I dont know alot about this so id love all the help i can get. Graphics drivers are up to date. Thanks
