I have an issue when i play basically any game (Arma 3, Dirt 4, Fortnite, The Forest, and Warhammer....) where i either have bad lag spikes or cant reach more than 50 frames. When i view my task manager performance page i'm at 100% gpu usage. In the details of the of my GPU my copy, video encode, video decode are around 1% and my dedicated GPU usage goes to about half of the 8.0 total GB; but under 3D im at 100% usage. Ive updated drivers and still have the same problem. Any ideas???
