Hahah. I guess he just got lucky because it happened right when the 980s came out and PNY just ran out of 780s. He's been trying to get rid of this 980 for some time and he just said "350 to please take it off my hands" I think I'm gonna do it, cooler matches my build too!

So, they wouldn't even take an RMA this time. Crazy I know. So, I found the leak myself and fixed it. It was just a loose fitting for the hose around the CPU block. Tightened it back up and leak test it for over 24 hours and it didn't leak a drop. All the issues I previously had with the system are now gone and it is working better than ever. But, I now have a H100i in my system and I'm loving it. My GPU, CPU, and motherboard also survived, so it all worked out. So I am now selling the H220 as the H100i is in my system, and I don't see a need to swap back to the H220 (I am getting the same temps and I get more features thanks to Corsair Link). So if anyone wants to buy my H220, check the classifieds for details. Its working perfectly fine now and shouldn't have any issues!

Well thats why I was wondering how much a basic loop would be, lol. I see people spending like 30 bucks just for one fitting, and that stuff gets expensive. I just wanted to see if a basic loop would be for me yet, or if I should wait a bit until I can afford a better one.

It's fine. I may just get this unit RMA'd because the issue hasn't really  gotten better

I just turn my desktop off. With an instant shutodwn, and a 4 second boot time, there is no reason not to shut it off. Just keeps my room cooler/quieter at night. I keep my laptop on 24/7 (or try to at least) because I am running some servers off it for media and games.

Still comes with a warranty, I personally don't think it is more likely to fail than a brand new video card so you'll be fine mate.

I'm looking for the best (brightest, most colors/combinations, and longest lasting) RGB LED strip for lighting my PC. I was originally going to go with the NZXT Hue for lighting, but then I heard some people talking about Icemodz. Anyone else have any recommendations or thoughts on whats best?

Probably won't be that popular, but lets get a DH MTB thread started! What's everyone else riding out there? Or we can talk about our dreams of going to Whistler!

Here's my first rig to rescue me from Joey status:2012 Kona Operator- 200mm Boxxer RC, Fox VAN RC, Zee rear mech with upgraded 9spd cassette, Code brakes, changed stem to direct mount.
    What is everyone else riding?

Well it all depends. If you are comparing a bike like mine to Darren's, a lot. I tried doing a short 10 mile road ride on the bike I posted above, and I was tired out pretty quickly. When you have 8 inches of suspension though, that is 8 inches of VERY loose, plush suspension. So it is a bit exaggerated and absorbs a lot more than a "normal" dual suspension bike. But it really does depend on a bunch of different factors (gearing setup, suspension setup, rider weight, etc.). But no matter what, there is a difference between full suspension, hardtail (only suspension in the front), and rigid.

That's what I was looking at. This is actually cheaper than the Hue so I will probably go with it. Thanks for the help!

Alright guys, status update. I removed all the Gigabyte extension stuff and cleared my CMOS. Rebooted and it was much faster and snappier than before, so I was happy there. I downloaded the intel Extreme Tuning utility, and it chowed through a 1 minute test with no issue at all. No throttling, max temp was 60ºC, and didn't freeze up at all. Just finished running a 5 minute test, same results. I think I got it all sorted out now. Thanks so much for the help! I'll leave the OCing for when I get my new cooler. I guess I just got a little excited with my new build as this is my first OC capable rig, I couldn't wait to see what the parts could really do

I actually have an old eMachines PC i tore apart and shoved in a cardboard box for fun running right next to my desk right now. Running windows 8 on a Single core 1.8 GHz CPU with 756MB RAM. Its slow as hell, but works great for music streaming.
