Turns out I made a mistake I'm not home right now, had to call my dad yesterday and I asked him which power supply is on my PC, turns out it's a CX430, not a CX550, those with the green name on the side. He (my dad) bought a CX550 for his PC last year, that's why I switched the names. My bad! Btw, I decided to go with a G3 550W, it's already waiting for me when I come back home, let's see how it performs. Thanks for poiting out my mistake!

So, I've been thinking... I need to replace my old PSU (a CX550. it started to give up on me last week, press F), I should've replaced it already to be honest but i'm *kinda* lazy. My question is: is the EVGA GD 650W a good power supply? It's really cheap here in Brazil and I saw good reviews about that psu, and you guys @ LTT consider it a Tier 2 psu. Is it REALLY a safe choice? Thanks.
