  1. I would say no. It's only clockspeed and not pure cores.
  2. you could go scrapyard wars ghetto style and just wrap Christmas lights (or rgb strips) around your pc lol
  3. Im pretty sure the LL120s are Corsair's flagship fans.
  4. The maximum turbo is simply under perfect conditions. It is restricted to one thread on VERY bursty workloads.
  5. You could try either RMAing your CPU or borrowing one from a friend.
  6. Get a RX 580/590 preferably used.
  7. Yes it is running at maximum speed.
  8. I don't think whatever your talking about would make a difference. PBO rarely makes a difference. What I would do is just benchmark cinebench stock and keep on increasing your voltage offset until you start losing 5-10% + performance.
  9. You don't have to, but your future self will thank you whenever you get a driver issue.
  10. Yeah, I was just trying to make OP aware of the disadvantages because NVIDIA got good at encoding.
  11. I mean OP also loses image quality due to not using the NVENC chip on the 2070 Edit : see that video for more information ^
  12. Not really, it would just be more beneficial to just sell your 1050ti on ebay. New NVENC has even less framerate losses.
  13. Edit : I spend way too much time on the PC ( im too blind to see your first sentence). I would just use your RTX 2070 as your NVENC card since you can use new NVENC. (new nvenc uses previous framedata and keeps it in the gpu to improve performance) I think you should just sell your 1050ti on ebay.
  14. All I mentioned was to wait to see what comes out. Nothing is worthwhile for OP right now.
