I don't think whatever your talking about would make a difference. PBO rarely makes a difference. What I would do is just benchmark cinebench stock and keep on increasing your voltage offset until you start losing 5-10% + performance.

Not really, it would just be more beneficial to just sell your 1050ti on ebay. New NVENC has even less framerate losses.

Edit : I spend way too much time on the PC ( im too blind to see your first sentence). I would just use your RTX 2070 as your NVENC card since you can use new NVENC. (new nvenc uses previous framedata and keeps it in the gpu to improve performance) I think you should just sell your 1050ti on ebay.

All I mentioned was to wait to see what comes out. Nothing is worthwhile for OP right now.
