But even if I am playing the not so demanding game like TF2, it stills make a very very loud noise, is it because it has 2 fans in it?

Hi recently i bought the HP pavillion 15 with mx150 graphic cards. When i play games like league of legend or overwatch eventhough my fps is 100+ for lol and 60+ for overwatch but why my fan noise is so loud.Btw the temperature is about 70 to 75 degree while playing any tips to reduce the fan noise while playing these games?
