What are your nvidia control panel settings ?

Listen try it this way,go in geforce expirience and once you choose the game go to little wrench icon on right side in the game you chose and move slider all the way for best quality it will still optimize game,it wont lag but problem will be gone,beacuse just letting it optimize games on deafult it will set options on medium,so you have to manualy adjust it to best quality,hope this helps.Sorry for my English I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ok guys I do not belive my eyes right now but I've found the fix,you know what is the problem it is geforce expirience,just go in there and run game from there let it optimize the game you will see problem is gone it really worked for me,hope it helps you all. I made METRO 2033 and SKYRIM look flawless !!! Just tested Vampyr on ultra with geforce and without,without it problem is very noticable,played it in geforce no single shimmer,jaggie or flickering nothing everything looks perfect !! Guys I really hope this works for all of you cause it saved my life I am now certain that problem is due to the some options in nvidia control panel conflicting one another,I am 100% sure that is a problem. Hope this helped you and that all of you will solve this problem to.

I've tried older version of drivers nothing changed,you cannot see it on picture it happens while moving camera in game and also it is not only games movies,videos etc are also infected.

Please help guys this problem will make my crazy,i have tried every possible solution offered on other forums but nothing seems to work,I have replaced entire pc,I bought new pc but problem still persist,I put all my game settings on ultra and is still there in every game. My pc specs are : Core i5 3470 3.2 Ghz 8 GB ddr3 ram GTX 1050 tI 4 GB ddr5
