  1. The confusing thing to me is how BOTH boards don't work, but at least one did within the last 12 hours.
  2. The b450 boards are both listed as 3000 series ready. Both have worked with the 2200g and 3200g and I have never updated the bios.
  3. Although I did not do that, both the 2200g and 3200g have worked with the b450 boards before. Also, before I messed with it the 2200g was working in board a.
  4. Having a issue with a b450 board and a 2200g. I tried putting the 2200g into 2 identical motherboards and neither worked. However, on a nicer b550 board it posts just fine. I don't know what to do next. Oh, I also took the CMOS battery out, held the power button while it was off, then put the battery back in. As of now it turns on, stays on for ~30 sec, then shuts down. I also tried putting a 3200g into both boards, neither posted For clarification I will refer to the two identical boards as a and b, a being the original one before the process took place. I took the 2200g out of a, then put it in the b550 board to see if it would work with a 2000 gen after a bios update. I put the 3200g that was in there in board a. Years ago, board b ran a 3200g before I upgraded both the CPU and motherboard to a 5600x and x570 tomahawk WiFi When I tried booting up board a, it did not post so I put the 2200g back in there. After that did not work I put board b into the case, using all the same storage and memory I also tried the 2200g and 3200g with board b. The b550 board still posts with both the 3200g and 2200g. I also tried taking 2/4 ram sticks out of board b but it still will not post
