  1. Hi What GPU could you recommend me to pair with my R5 2600X (not OCd)? Price should be around ~400€ maybe ~450€ (germany). My currend system is: GPU: GTX 980 CPU: R5 2600X Ram: 2x8Gb @3200 PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 750Watt 80+ Gold I am playing on 1920x1080 144Hz so It should be able to get to 144FPS in current games like BF 5, CoD, Borderlands 3. (Does not have to be or Ultra settings). Would a RX 5700 XT be the best choice here or is there anything better for price/performance ? Thanks in advance.
  2. Both the i5 8400 or even the i5 8600/k and the ryzen are really good cpus. I looked up some benchmark videos on youtube and the r5 overclocked is around the i5 8400 (some videos show better results and some a bit worse). If you are going to do something where you can really need the extra theads then I'd definitely go for the ryzen. I had the same question just 2 weeks ago. I went for the r5 2600x (only 10€ more than 2600), and I can play all games whith a good framerate. Even if the i5 could get me some more frames. I like having more threads than a few more fps.
  3. I have 2 questions. 1: What is your current system? 2: is 200 € your budget only for the cpu or for everything, because you might have to buy a new mobo and ram too?
  4. I just bought: Ryzen 5 2600x (203€) Gigabyte x470 MB (150€) 16 GB DDR$ 3200 (130€ on ebay, because RAM is so fking expensive) ~= 485€
  5. Thank you guys for helping me. I think that I will defenetely go with the 8400 or the 8600k. Probably not going for 16 GB of Ram because its really expensive.
  6. Thank you for the help. I should still have the mounting brackets for intel. So you would go for an i5 6c/t and not a ryzen 5 6c/12t ?
  7. Oh. I didn't really think about that. I could use it again if it fits the socket.
  8. Hi @Hashiba, my current setup is. CPU: AMD A10-6800K MOBO: MSI A88X-G43 Ram: 8 GB DDR3-2133 Mhz (2x4GB) GPU: NVIDIA GTX 980 Cooling: Corsair H75 AIO PSU: EVGA Supervova 750 G2
  9. Hello guys, I want to upgrade my pc and can't really decide which CPU I should buy. My budget is around 500€.(living in germany) I also need a new motherboard and some ram. If the cpu doesn't come with a cooler then im going to need one too. I mainly game on my computer.
