  1. Disabling XMP didn't solve the problem, neither did the ram speed change, any onther ideas ?
  2. Was enabled by default, I'm gonna try and disable it, see if anything works
  3. Hi, its a 3000Mghz combo. Both sticks work. I would try to ajust in bios, but apparently MSI decided that I can't enter it (boot screens appears for .5s before lunching into windows)
  4. Hi, what I meant is that as soon as I put my second stick in, I can't boot anymore, no matter the sitck I put in
  5. Hi, I'm building a PC with a B660M-A Wifi from MSI. When I try to install my CMK32GX4M2D3000C16 RAM, it only works with one of the 2 sticks. I guess if it wasnt supported none of them would work... Do I have to change my ram ? Intel Core I5 12400F GTX 1660
  6. Hi y'all, I'm currently running a I5 9400F, paired with a GTX 1660, 32G DDR4 3200 (I know its stupid but I needed the ram for SC ahah). I'm constantly running into a CPU bottleneck, and looking to upgrade on the same socket, and I'm on a 400$ budget. Any thoughts ?
  7. Would you have a specific lineup in mind ?
  8. Budget (including currency): € Country: France Hi ! I'm looking for a new laptop for productivity (word, Photoshop, illustrator), concent consumption (YouTube, films and shows), light gaming (Minecraft, civ, GTA, maybbbbbbeeeeeee SC but gaming is not the primary objective or use at all). I would like a good panel (15" would be preferred), and long battery life as I will daily drive it in college. I was thinking of the Dell XPS series, any other ideas, suggestions, or precision in the XPS series if you think it is the best option ? Max budget is 1400€, of course lower is better
  9. Motherboard, graphics, and audio drivers were changed. Now that you mention it, one of the sounds controlers shows up as defective, but it wont let me uninstall it
  10. Jack 3.5, tried back, front, reinstalling drivers, everything
  11. Hey, For the past few hours, my windows has only been showing up screen as an audio output, even though I have my headset pluged in, which usually prompts me with an asus pup up asking me to set the settings for the device. Any ideas as to how I can get my motherboard outputs showing up again ?
  12. Actually does pretty well on most OS's, just trying to figure out the best option
  13. Not that familiar, used a ubuuntu distro for a while. This laptop is a L200HA (Asus - Vivobook) Wireless controler : AzureWave AW-CB231NF (M.2) ; It is recognized in some distros (Mint) but not in others
  14. I figured that yeah, would you still have something in mind, and I'll figure out how to install the driver later (I guess Wine should work once I've installed the OS)
  15. Morning ladies and gentleman ! I've recently been looking to put a laptop on a linux distro, but I don't follow news about them and have all the options in mind Balance : Fast, reasonably easy to operate. From what I've tested, the distros don't detect the network card, and since the driver seems to exist only in .exe, that could be a trouble you might be able to fix.
  16. Budget (including currency): 500-600€ Country: France Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: College applications - light photo / vidéo editing / Moovies Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Considering I will be taking this laptop to college, I would like a 13" or 15" screen, with a decent battery life.
  17. Hi everybody ! I'm part of a non-profit that creates apolitic debates. Since it is a debate, we have a strict number of seats available. Users sign up to the event through a G-Form. Recently, we lunched a new projet that would take place every week, and we are affraid it will become a hazard to manually log every entry and send them a confirmation / affirmation (depending if there is any seats left). Since you read the title, you know I want to automate this process. I have used G-Sheet to log every data we need and created a list of emails to send a confirmation to. Now, even with programs as "zapier", I haven't managed to create an automated way of sending thye same e-mail to everybody on that list. Any thoughts ?
  18. Thanks, I'll check it up ! I guess it didn't work properly on my computers... On all 3 of my computers, running windows 1909 or latest, unparking was a major performance boost...
  19. I have to say I didn't think of that at all, thanks ! I did test it, and, as expected, it didn't throttle. I kinda expected it since this PC has no active cooling, and I've seen it hoter before ^^
  20. Yes, and as I said everything is showing up as the fresh install on my microsoft account, which doens't make any kind of sense
  21. Yes I did, and thb I HATE Microsoft's support, each call feels like agony
