    Yeah man! It seems like every day i wake up to see a new issue with them. I'm currently trying to find a 15" 2015 on ebay but it's hard cause their resale value is so high haha

    Portable is (or maybe was) where it's at. I still see people use the 2012 Macbook Air all the time. That generation of Macbook was SUPER well made... much better than the 2016 onwards stuff. I don't see people using Windows ultrabooks from 2012 very frequently

    The optimization on MacOS for Final Cut Pro is seriously good. Render times are so much faster than basically all others...

    I'm really liking ElementaryOS 5 so far. I'm used to MacOS and this already feels very familiar!

    Just making sure you've tried using a different slot on your motherboard? You didn't mention that in you original post. DDU is a good shout but to me it sounds more like a hardware issue if you've already done a full un/reinstall 3 times.

    hmm what are you planning to use the 9700K for? That things a beast and will most likely be pretty unnecessary for most people out there. I'd try look for an 8700K max if it were me...

    Nice build, although I would seriously recommend looking at some second hand GPUs. I saw a 1070 founders edition for 230 euros (i'm in the Netherlands) and i was very tempted to buy even though i don't currently have a system to put it in! Also unless you wanna change the background, demo windows is pretty good for a little while until you find a deal for a copy of Windows..

    I'd say the 650 Watt PSU is a little overkill for your current spec. I'f you don't plan on upgrading heavy in the future you could save a bit with a lower wattage one.

    Hmm that's funny. I've heard others having a really good experience with DEEPCOOL refunding all their broken stuff after a leaky cooler.. Even refunding msrp for graphics cards during the mining period. I'd try hassle tbh. It's like trading a 1080 for a 1060...

    For that money the RYZEN is certainly a good choice.

    I LOVE the CoolerMaster Masterkeys line up. They're quite expensive but'll last you ages... i think the one without the numberpad is within your budget ;D

    Don't forget that hand dandy motherboard box to use as a testbench! It's super useful to make sure all the components are in a working condition before messing about in the case. Good luck!

    It was supposed to be released in Q2 of 2017... has it been discontinued? Any news on this awesome case? I'm currently looking at the Phanteks Shift but that OLA looks so sick. Cheers, Matt
