  1. You can compare prices at hinta.fi, just search for the monitor and the cheapest price comes up. The first/second price is before/after shipping. My budget is 500-750 euros, but of course if there is anything better/almost as good and cheaper I'll go for that.
  2. Hey guys! Sorry for adding one more of this kind of post, but I'm going insane with all the options there are out there... So I want to buy a new monitor. I will use it mostly for gaming (a lot of RPG but also some FPS games), but also watching movies and videos. Budget is hard to say since I live in Finland and tech here is more expensive, but I guess somewhere in the neighbourhood of 400-700 dollars What I want: - 120 Hz or more - 27" - 1440p - IPS preferably - Gsync or a Freesync monitor that works well with an nvidia card - HDR is a plus - Ultrawide if it is not too expensive and it ticks almost all of my marks What I don't want/don't care about: - 4k - Bigger than 27" unless ultrawide - Response time doesn't matter if 1ms or 4ms Thank you for answers!
  3. Yes I'm running the same scenario. In modded The Witcher 3 im getting 35-40 fps. In GTA 5 I'm getting 130-140 fps. The same fps before and after.
  4. Games. Im using the on screen display to display fps and cpu and gpu temps.
  5. Hey guys, I have a msi 1080ti gaming gpu. When i overclock with msi afterburner there is not really any improvement in fps at all, and the temperatures don't increase either. I have tried everything from 10-500MHz memory clock and everything from 5-120MHz core clock. I have power limit set to max. At about 450MHz memory clock i get colors flashing and flickering on the screen and the game crashes sometimes, even though i dont have very high temperatures (55-70 degrees), which is weird since i see people overclock the x version of the card much more, and I have the non-x version of the card so i should be able to overclock it more since its the same exact card just not factory overclocked. Any help would be appreciated. Btw, does increasing the core voltage help? I've seen people say both that it helps and it doesn't.
  6. No idea what #1 means and it looks way too complicated for me, and windows 10 is not supported by microsoft network monitor... but if you dont have any other suggestions i guess i could learn how to use wireshark
  7. So as the title says, my internet goes away about once every 15 minutes for 5-20 seconds, and at the same time the task manager shows that "system" is using 10-15% cpu. I haven't noticed anything particular I do when it happens. I have windows 10 64-bit.
  8. Hey guys, how many fans should i have when i have the corsair 570x case, dark rock 4 cpu air cooler, gtx 1080ti and i7 8700k, both slightly overclocked? Is 3x120mm fans, 2 intake in front and 1 exhaust in the back good enough for starters? I could get more (maximum is 2 top, 1 back and 3 front)
