Ya, I did that and got 1GB back. I also clean install Windows and memory usage is now 15% on idle and CPU is 5-10% on idle.
-
Not sure on Gigabyte, but on MSI there is a menu in BIOS to control hardware/fan speeds.
-
If I put a DVI to Displayport on my monitor and connect it to GPU then I can stop using iGPU and save memory. Right?
-
Well, ill buy thermal paste today or tommorrow and maybe another case fan cause I only have 1. In the meanwhile how come when I using like 1 or 2GB ram it says 60-80% and it only say I have 7GB available

Well, I was typing this topic, and had YT and a few other blank tabs open. I had Web browser in there to show how any open application causes this much usage, even something like notepad or paint.
-
I had thermal paste on at first but accidentally removed it when I took fan off to clean out dust. I could buy thermal paste anytime.

Hi, everyone. I've posted a few topics on problems with my PC. Mostly or all GPU related. I've have done further research into the issues I see as I use my PC. In a previous post I mentioned how I thought my GPU was bad because I was getting low FPS. After many different types of tests (3DMark, Task Manager open next to game, UserBenchmark) I now understand that my GPU is fine because in game (Forza Horizon 4) (BTW before topic start all video settings are maxed out with VSync.) FH4 only maxed out at 70% usage and 25% Min and got above average scores in all tests. During the Task Manager test with FH4 open both my CPU and RAM were at 100% and would not even go down by 0.1% at any time. Another problem found is that my PC only has 7GB Usable RAM even though I have 8GB and 3GB is cached while 0.7GB is free during gaming. After doing a MemTest86 and Windows Memory Diagnostic I got no issues and with a CPU stress test my screen flickers often and CPU is at 100% with 70C temps. My CPU does not have thermal paste though I could go buy some, I have not bought any so far because it has only made about 5-10C difference. After playing FH4 for 15 Mins it froze for 10 Mins and then crashed to desktop for 5 Mins and eventually my PC shut off. With ETS2 DX11 My game crashed to desktop instantly after 5 Min. UserBenchmark test found all % going down by 5-15 going from above expectation to expectation and 3DMark Time Spy Extreme got 15775. Memory average on desktop, no applications open is 45% and CPU is 15-55% After all these tests and new info I would hope someone could help out with fixing whatever issue I have with my PC, and REMEMBER all feedback is appreciated. 16-32GB HDD 8-16GB SSD Paging FIle PC Specs: Intel Core i5-7400 MSI Radeon RX 570 8GB Armor OC Corsair Vengence 2x4GB DDR4-2400 CAS 16 Seagate ST1000 HDD Samsung 850 Evo 250GB MSI B250M Gaming Pro Motherboard Windows 10 Home Build 18362 Samsung 1080p Freesync Monitor LG Flatron Wide 1680x1050 Monitor

{ I once tried OC'ing so I am not sure but it was only by 100 MHz, I also bought through Newegg.
-
Usually 70% but RPM is unknown. *edit* This is in MSi Afterburner.
-
There is little bit of dust but nothing where I feel need to clean it. It shouldn't fail cause I use it occasionally and take care of it.
-
I got a MSi Radeon RX 570 8GB Armor OC 11 months ago and lately I've realized it is extremely hot (65-85C) and my fps in games like ETS2 (35FPS) and Fortnite (55FPS) is way lower than it used to be (95 and 135). Another thing I've noticed is my graphics card is very loud (Can hear from second story of house). I am quite worried and have not played games since this issue occurred. I am hoping someone can help me and all help is appreciated. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/21439704

First of all great profile pic. Second, I would watch some YT videos on pc building and parts and all. It is a really cool thing to learn and once you know it you can build a pc and buy all the parts yourself saving lost of money and looking cool with a custom PC. But if you dont want to do that wait a few mins as I build you a part list and then find you a prebuilt system. *edit* Try to look for similar specs to these when buying a pc PCPartPicker Part List: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/8xrtP3 CPU: Intel - Core i9-9900K 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler Motherboard: Gigabyte - Z390 UD ATX LGA1151 Motherboard Memory: G.Skill - Aegis 16 GB (1 x 16 GB) DDR4-2666 Memory Storage: Western Digital - Blue 1 TB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive Video Card: Gigabyte - GeForce RTX 2080 8 GB GAMING OC Video Card Case: Corsair - Crystal 460X RGB ATX Mid Tower Case Power Supply: Corsair - TXM Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply Total: $2180.36 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2019-06-17 20:16 EDT-0400 -
1. Make sure all settings are on auto. 2. Restore default BIOS settings 3. Open Task Manager with stress tests to see temps.
