I reset windows but it didint help, would completely deleting hem and installing again change something?

Hey guys, So recently i started to get some problems with windows and i was told it is best to reinstall Windows if i want to fix them. I want to back up all my files so is it ok to backup all the files to my hdd, take it out, reinstall windows, and then put it back in? All answers and help is appreciated!

Hello, So my pc started to randomly blackout and when it does the sound that was playng starts stuttering and the pc freezes like that. Black screen. sound stutter and you can't do nothing except press the restart button on the pc. It happens randomly (while browsing the internet, playing games etc.). It turns out my bios were reaaaaaaly out of date, so i updated them and it seems the problem got fixed i no longer get that BSOD. Thank you!
