  1. Idk if I got a bad chip in combination with the fact that I have a b350 board but the best oc I could get is 3.9ghz at 1.35v
  2. I’ll tweak and try to get the voltage down
  3. I have a Ryzen 1600 currently running at 4ghz to achieve this I had to bump voltage up to 1.4v. My question is is this voltage safe? Will it decrease chip lifespan is so by how much on estimate?
  4. That’s what I though but I’m just wondering isn’t this a high overclock for a 1660ti
  5. I have no idea if I’m doing this right, I’m using 3dmark fire strike on loop to check stability. I have a 1660ti(the gigabyte oc one) I’ve gotten +120 on the core and +1500 on memory. This seems very high and I’m wondering if I’m damaging my gpu or if this isn’t stable. So far no crashes or artifacting that I can see during testing.
  6. I’ve already tried twice and nothing. That’s why I’m super confused.
  7. So I was using the program last night and now this morning I try and launch and it wont open. I opened task manager and I see it opens for a brief period of time in there but nothing on my monitor but then dissapears completely. Does anyone know how to fix this? As far as I can tell no other program is doing this.
  8. I know all hardware is different regardless if it’s the same model. I’m just curious and want to see how my overclock compares to others. So what overclocks have you guys gotten on a 1660ti I got +100 core +1000 memory and seems stable so far.
  9. Well these sticks are rated at 2133 so xmp just leaves it there. I would either have to manually oc them or upgrade and tbh I’ve tried and don’t want to enter the ram overclocking zone again.
  10. I have 2 ddr4 sticks running in dual channel however when I first built my pc 2 years ago I didn’t realize the speed of the sticks so they are still at 2133mhz should I instead just upgrade ram since I know ram speed matters in Ryzen especially early generations?
  11. Well I play competitively so I aim to have 144 FPS at all times and end games tend to drop to 90fps
  12. I game (mostly fortnite) and stream (I should mention I use the new nvenc since I know streaming is a cpu intensive task)
  13. So I currently have a 1660ti and was wondering is paring it with a 3600 a good match. Bottleneck calculator says this is way too powerful for it but I know those aren’t always accurate. I currently run a Ryzen 1600@3.8ghz.
  14. I have a Ryzen 1600 running at 3.9ghz and am trying to overclock my ram to get the best performance but all these videos and setting are confusing. My question is what’s the easiest way to overclock my memory. I have 4 sticks of Corsair vengeance lpx 2133 c13 memory
