    You may wanna get some advice on the PSU (i be a noob on PSU'S) and pick a case that is locally manufactured since a branded case enlisted on pcpartpicker won't fit the budget, also i can't include an OS in the budget..... also see if you can increase your budget, then you can afford a better case,PSU,GPU.
