  1. Just a question. I have a JBL partybox 300. That box is 120W when connected to 220V wall adapter right? So if i put this thing in my car with a 12V conection will the speaker run at its 120W peak or wil IT run at lower wattage (same as on battery). Wil putting a 12V to 230V transformer fix this issue so i get the full 120W of power. Or do i need something else. Let me know. Thanks in advance
  2. i use a 1440p 144hz gsync panel aswell but the weird thing is that the card isnt even overclocked and it is almost never hitting 99% with very frequent drops to 50%/60% causing stutter there is 20% more performence just laying there
  3. So i have a problem with the performence of my 1080ti from msi. Every single time i play a game or something else that demands gpu power the voltage limit is reached (also sometimes power but i believe i know i fix for that) The problem is as folowing: For example i play GTA 5 and my fps is 70 but my gpu usage is 60/80%. Want i want to achieve is a gpu that always uses 99% or at least 95% of its power. Things i have tried to solve this: Replace my 1 pcie to 2 6+2 cable to 2 seperate 8 pins Unlock my core voltage (current voltage 1.093) Gpu usage not 100% to voltage limit. After all of this the problem stil proceeds. Does anyone know a solution for this. System specs: i7 7700k @4.6 GHz corsair 115i AIO 280mm 32gb tridentz RGB 3000mhz GTX 1080ti gaming X 11G Be quiet 700w semi modular psu Msi z170a gaming pro carbon
  4. it depends. If you use it for gaming definetly go for the 2k 165hz panel. Gaming right now does not require more than 16gb. So going to 32 wont impact framerate. Going from 60hz to 165 however is a massive improvement in gaming experience and you have the rtx 2080 to run it. If you use your pc as a workstation than more ram is going to help more than a high refresh rate monitor. I have a 144 hz (OC to 165hz) panel and its powered bij a gtx 1080 and i am able to get more than 60fps in most games in 2k. 2k delivers a clearer image quality compared to 1080p so i think that 2k is defenetly the way to go (will be a bit more taxing on GPU but u have tge card for that)
  5. thank you for the help (i was getting scared i would be stuck to the build in speakers). A decent sub adds so much to the movie watching experience.
  6. wow thx i will get one of those but what kind of cables do i need for that. When it comes to TVs my brain is pretty plain haha
  7. So i am about to recieve my new tv it a Samsung UE65NU7100 - 4K tv. This is a very nice tv but the problem i have is that this tv does not have a 3.5 mm jack on the back. The speakers i am planning to connect to my tv (if possible) are the logitec z623 speakers with subwoofer (200w). These speakers have a 3.5 mm jack connector so i was wondering if i just buy something like an usb to 3.5 mm jack (or any alternatives) would that work. A reply would be appriciated (i am not from US so english sucks :))

  11. And do i need to choose a specific bios for the 7700k?
  12. So after my bios has been flashed i can swap my cpu no problem? And should i put the bios on a regular USB stick?
  13. Ive recently recieved an i7 7700k. I currently run a i5 6600k. The plan is to simply swap out the cpus and done right? No. My system has a MSI z170 gaming pro carbon and i want to pair that with a 7700k. Ive read some things about updating my bios to a more recent version. The problem here is that i have no clue how to update my bios to have the 7700k work with a z170 gaming pro carbon. If any of you know how i can do this please help me. (English sucks)
