  1. Sup kyds, I'm looking to stuff my 5.25" Bay and I think one of those hub thingies would be real kewl, but it's a Mini ITX board, I'm a newb, and I'm not sure if everything would work with it. I'm already using one of the USB things on the MOBO for my case, the case headers, and the M.2 slot Board: http://v.ht/FOim Hub: http://amzn.eu/d/hqL9KrQ If there's a better one of these or a better value, please let me know If that doesn't work, what about these speakers?: http://v.ht/bD0C
  2. I've never installed extra fans and I'm working in a Mini ITX case and mobo. I read that the case supports 3 120mm fans, but will the Mobo? As in, do I have enough headers on it? Do they chain together or something? What about RGBs? The board has a header for those, but would only one fan get that, or do those chain together as well? If I wanted to put an RGB strip in there, could I still use it with these? Sorry for the incredibly newby question. Fans: http://a.co/d/3F1f4hm Case: http://v.ht/xeeP Mobo: http://v.ht/FOim
  3. I've got a system in a Fractal Design Core 500, and I'd like to put something in the 5.25 bay. Case: http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/cases/core-series/core-500 Mobo: https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming-ITXac/index.asp The drawer is just generally useful and will work no matter what. The front panel is also just very useful, but I'm concerned about being able to connect it to the mobo The speakers would be useful as I plan to take this computer around a few times a month, and need sound, but wouldn't need to bring an extra set. I'ven't decided on which speakers to put in there, that's just a random image I found. Which would you recommend? Which would even be compatible? I'm a novice and worried that I may not have enough space for the last two Also, I plan to put a pack of DeepCool RF 120s in there. Would the drawer block clearance?
  4. Nvm, got it. I'm so stupid. I just needed to pull it to the right a twinge.
  5. Basically if I push it down, it'll pop right back up
  6. This is my first build. I'm installing an R5 2600X into an asrock b350/itx ac. It fits fine, but the retention arm won't close. Pushing it all the way back allows me to insert and take out the CPU, but when the CPU is inserted, it won't close down all the way. I don't think there's any issue with the CPU. 20180609_191506.mp4
  7. You never actually have to buy it, just close the window. It's like WinRAR :3
  8. The MOBO was just purchased yesterday, so I could refund it, but don't want to have to
  9. Hi there. I've already purchased an ASRock - AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac Mini ITX AM4 Motherboard, and I'm about to purchase a CPU. I decided to switch to the Ryzen 5 2600X, but was given a compatibility warning that the motherboard's BIOS may not support it. I can't afford to purchase an older CPU, and don't want to spend time selling it later, so can any of you tell me if these two are compatible because if not, I'm going to have to downgrade to the 1600X, which doesn't display the same compatibility errors. This is the error: Some AMD B350 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Pinnacle Ridge CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions. The MOBO was just purchased yesterday, so I could refund it, but don't want to have to Thanks
  10. Hello. I'm planning to do my first build and had a few questions about the parts I've chosen https://pcpartpicker.com/list/JY26D2 I'm primarily going to be using this machine for developing with Unreal Engine, 3D modeling, animation, emulation, some gaming, and probably VR in the future. Is this system overkill? If so, what should I downgrade? Would 1080 be worth the extra money compared to a 1070 TI, or even just 1070? Should I go with a Ryzen 5? And is the ram too slow? Thanks.
