  2. I would love this CPU to allow me to make my youtube videos more easily and allow me to potentially start streaming!
  3. I am wanting to get a good quality PC that can run games at high FPS and render 1080p videos easily, I've tried to construct my own build, getting some help from people over here in the past, I live in australia so obviously my budget is in AUD, I was originally going for an AMD CPU but I have heard alot of negativity towards AMD so I was thinking of switching the build to an Intel, I would prefer a full modular PSU, a monitor has to be included, that is capable of HDMI input, while it isn't listed on PCPartPicker.com, I have found an Acer H236Hlbid which I would like for $184.00AUD, so which needs to fit in the budget. I am looking to buy the build in exactly 2 weeks from now. Here is the build I was originally looking at: PCPartPicker part list: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/3gGLF Price breakdown by merchant: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/3gGLF/by_merchant/ Benchmarks: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/3gGLF/benchmarks/ CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor ($189.00 @ CPL Online) Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($99.00 @ CPL Online) Memory: G.Skill Sniper Gaming Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($195.00 @ CPL Online) Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($108.00 @ CPL Online) Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($99.00 @ CPL Online) Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card ($309.00 @ Mwave Australia) Case: Thermaltake Chaser A71 ATX Full Tower Case ($168.00 @ CPL Online) Power Supply: Silverstone Strider 600W 80+ Silver Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($109.00 @ PCCaseGear) Other: Acer H236HLbmid ($184.00) Total: $1460.00 (Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.) All edits are welcome, I leave the fate of my computer in your hands!
  4. I do I have seen quite a few of the videos on youtube
  5. There is also a RL2455HM model, this one suits my needs, it seems like it would be a good quality monitor as well
  6. The BenQ I mentioned has hdmi input which would be good for my set up
  7. My only issue with that monitor is that it doesn't have hdmi
  8. I was recommended to upgrade my RAM from 8 to 16gb, is it worth it?
  9. @Geekazoid @Hazy125 How does something like this look? PCPartPicker part list: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/34to3 Price breakdown by merchant: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/34to3/by_merchant/ Benchmarks: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/34to3/benchmarks/ CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor ($189.00 @ PCCaseGear) Motherboard: ASRock 980DE3/U3S3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($67.00 @ CPL Online) Memory: GeIL DRAGON 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($89.00 @ Mwave Australia) Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($109.00 @ PCCaseGear) Storage: Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($139.00 @ PCCaseGear) Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card ($329.00 @ CPL Online) Case: BitFenix Comrade ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.00 @ CPL Online) Power Supply: Silverstone Strider 600W 80+ Silver Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($109.00 @ PCCaseGear) Keyboard: Cooler Master CM Storm Devastator Gaming Bundle Wired Gaming Keyboard w/Optical Mouse ($44.00 @ CPL Online) Total: $1124.00 (Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.) (Generated by PCPartPicker 2014-03-05 21:46 EST+1100) And then getting a BenQ GL2250 for $129AUD from a local MSY to make the total $1253 AUD?
  10. Oops I forgot to mention, wifi is nessesary. Sorry i forgot and just wanted to check if that is there
  11. Well Curtis, you sure know how to make an entrance
  12. Should be fine, would it be possible to get a hdmi in port on a monitor or is that kind of out of the question?
  13. If I were to stretch the budget it would be a while before I can actually buy something, I only work at maccas so I aren't able to get lots of money, so $1200AUD is as high as I think I can go.
