Disable Secure Boot first, then load up Windows, convert to GPT, go into  BIOS, enable Secure Boot, continue Windows 11 upgrade 🙂

As far as I know - but have not tested - you don't have to clone your drive. You simply just boot up into Windows and then run some CMD commands which will convert your drive from MBR to GPT, and then you should be able to go into BIOS, disable CSM, and then boot up again without issues.

You can just flash the latest. Usually the latest contains all the fixes from the previous ones.

I personally use ubuntu (dual boot), but if i were just building a linux machine for everyday use, id put mint on it

The differences between Linux Mint and Ubuntu is, that Ubuntu serves as the base for Linux Mint. Mint makes some changes to the Ubuntu base and introduces a different user interface which is similar to how Windows works. Personally, I consider it to be the smoothest transition experience from Windows 10 to Linux.
On top of that, as Mint is based on Ubuntu, pretty much everything that works on Ubuntu will also work on Linux Mint.

    ISSUE SOLVED:

Sooooo I've been having bluescreen problems with my pc and i thought it might be because of my old driver version that I decided to just settle with because I cant update to a newer version cause of the black screen prob ive been having. I decided to come back here and see what happened with my post. And I saw @Wormhole's suggestion which is to turn off windows defender ( I also turned off windows security) and I did DDU process and then updated while intenet is off. And poof, I can use the new amd driver now hooraaaay!!! Thanks @Wormhole
