Hello I just bought a Asus Rog Swift PG279Q monitor two weeks ago and recently when playing games such as BF1 at 144hz or Rome 2 Total War the monitor flickers on and off repeatedly for a second or two. Best example is this, which I found on Youtube. The comments on this video are quite unsure except one suggesting to get another DP cable which I intend to do if I must.
My system is
Windows 10 64bit
ASUZ170 PRO GAMING LGA ATX Intel Motherboard (Version 3805 2018/05/25 Current Bios)
MSI GeForce GTX 970 GAMING 4G
Intel Core i5-6600K
CORSAIR CX-M series CX600M 600W
SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" 250GB and 500GB
WD Black 2TB Performance Desktop Hard Disk Drive
All Bios and Geforce Drivers are up to date my Windows update isn't I rolled it back because the current driver caused another issue with my Turbo Key on the monitor not working.
I really hope this is a software issue or my GPU isn't enough I do plan on upgrading but my only fear is that the monitor itself is faulty.
