  1. My Sapphire RX 570 Nitro+ 4G 's default core clock is 1340 mhz. But when I run any game, core clock seems to move around 1325-1340 mhz. Is this an issue ?
  2. Okay then. Forget about the Cinebench part for a sec. Why my CPU clockspeed turbos up to 3.6ghz during gaming ? Other people have 3.7/3.8 ghz at the same temps.
  3. I know FPS can be higher using a ram with higher BUS speed. But cpu clockspeed ?
  4. So, I recently upgraded my system to Ryzen 5 2600. For some reason, my cinebench scores are lower than usual. My score- 1184 (Usual score l saw on internet- 1260+). Then I realized that my processor struggles to turbo up to 3750/3800 mhz on load. I don't plan on OC'ing it manually so if you guys have any other solutions, that would be perfect. During gaming, most users of this CPU have speeds stuck around 3750mhz, but mine gets stuck on 3625 mhz. I know its not that big of a deal, but since its a new CPU I'm confused whether I should RMA it or not. If the cinebench score gets above 1200 somehow, then I can have a peace of mind. Temps are normal- 65-70C at load. Idle- 32C. ( I have seen people getting 3.8ghz on turbo at 78C) I've already tried- 1. Updating bios 2. Fresh install of windows 3. Chipset drivers 4. AMD ryzen balanced power plan 5. XMP enable/disable.
  5. Is there any way to verify whether my motherboard is fine by software methods ?
  6. Thanks for the detailed info I already have a Ryzen 3 1300x and Rx 570 4G running. In fortnite 1080p low settings, CPU usage stays around 80-95 and GPU usage stays around 80-90%. The fps is not that great and it drops from 180 to 90 frequently, which create massive stutters. I'm confused whether it is GPU bottleneck or CPU bottleneck. That's why I want to upgrade my CPU since I know that rx 570 is well capable of delivering a smooth experience in Fortnite. I'm also confused if my A320 board is faulty. That's why I decided to post in this forum.
  7. Already stated that I am a competitive CSGO player. Getting those extra frames does help us no matter what's the Hz. I do run a 60h monitor. Btw, do you think A320 board lowers down performance of CPU by any means ? I dont care about OC performance.
  8. I'm not asking for extra features. I just want to know if gaming perfomance will be affected by this chipset or not ?
  9. I bet it can. I have played with a r7 370 and i3 6100 back in the days. I used to get 200+ fps on everything low @1024x768 resolution. There has been several map updates for which I might get a 10% drop in FPS but not by that margin. Ryzen 3 1300x and RX 570 is surely much better right ? Can a faulty CPU or motherboard can cause these type of issues? Or its just with these type of CPU bound games ?
  10. Are you sure that I will get similar performance like a B350/B450 board at stock settings?
  11. By "not that good" I meant fps drops. I am a competitive CS:GO player. That means I use 4:3 resolutions like 1024x768 / 1280x960. At low settings I should get over 250+ fps in any given map. But I get like 140-230 fps. In fortnite I get huge stutters frequently, just because the fps is dropping from 170 to 90 fps. FPS remains the same even after lowering the resolution.
  12. I recently bought a Sapphire Pulse RX 570 4GB and paired it with a Ryzen 3 1300 stock on an A320 board. Performance of CSGO and Fortnite in low settings are not that good. Anyone using the same setup like me ? Is the Ryzen 3 bottlenecking my GPU ?
  13. I already have the Gigabyte GA-A320M-HD2 motherboard. Can I use a ryzen 5 1600 or ryzen 5 2600 without losing stock performance (Gaming). I dont want to overclock it so everything is fine by me. RAM- 8GB 2400mhz
