I am so confused. I am playing Subnautica and I hover around 50 fps when playing. I have a 2080 Ti, i9-9900K, 32 GB of 3200 Mhz ram, and a 1000W power supply. What could be my issue?? Shouldn't I be getting a lot higher frames? I check and all my drivers are up to date, including my bios and windows.

I am looking to put a custom water loop on my pc. I have never done a custom loop before. I have read many forums saying it is difficult especially when it is your first time. However, would this be case I weren't bending any tubes?

I'm only getting around 28% gpu usage when I'm playing Battlefield V and I have a 2080 Ti and a 9900K overclocked to 5 ghz. I'm not hitting my frame cap of 120, only getting around 70-80

That's what I thought. Newegg associate told me they're basically the same chip but I could have sworn that they reduced performance to make the laptop more sleek.

I'm very flexible on all of them, not concerned with short battery life, heaviness or how it looks, just interested in performance.

I am looking to buy a new gaming laptop and was looking for suggestions. I have a budget of around $2800-2900 and want to game at 1080p at the 100hz to 144hz range. I know I need a GTX 1080 but unsure with laptop to buy. I'm also unsure whether to get a laptop with a normal 1080 or one that has the max-q design. All help and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Right now I have an Acer Predator XB321HK and am looking to get a second monitor to utilize a higher frame rate for faster paced games. I am trying to decide between the ASUS ROG SWIFT PG348Q and the LG 32GK850G-B. The Asus monitor would be nice because it's ultra wide however it only has a refresh rate of 100hz. The LG would look very nice next to my current 32 inch monitor as well and it has a refresh rate overclockable to 160hz but it isn't ultra wide. I'm having a lot of trouble deciding between the two so some other opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Is the jump from 60hz to 100hz pretty noticeable?

Wouldn't the lessened pixel density be pretty noticeable?

I would really like an ultrawide but I was going to wait until they started releasing 2160p ultrawides. I've been gaming 4k for a few months now and I feel if I downgrade to a 1440p ultrawide that it would be really noticeable.

I currently have a 28 inch monitor and am looking to upgrade to a monitor that has g-sync. I am trying to decide between a 27 inch and a 32 inch IPS monitor. I am not sure if 32 inches will be too big or not. I sit about 70 cm away from the monitor. They are both also 4k monitors.

Do you notice it when you are using it?

That's what I've been hearing, my only concern is that a lot of people have been talking about screen bleeding? Not sure what that is but should I be concerned?

That was actually what I was gonna get but decided to see if there were any plans for an ultrawide version of it! Would you recommend spending the extra money for the IPS display?

Haha I've been able to run games at 4k 60 fps fine, just interested in getting an ultrawide monitor and the highest I've seen on the market is like 3440 x 1440. I'm really new to the PC community so not too familiar everything. Basically what I'm looking for is an ultrawide montior that would have the same display or pixel density as a 4k monitor except with a 21:9 aspect ratio

I have a gtx 1080 ti 11gb with 16 gb of ram and an intel i7 8700 processor

Just wondering if there are any monitors on the market or expected to release with these specs.
